Cleaned 3 area rugs, 7x10, 5x7, 3x4. Charged me more than than cleaning 3 bedrooms and 3x4 area rug. Not happy.

I have been using the services at SW Chemdry for about 18 to 20 years now and I highly recommend them for the quality they provide. I have tried others about twice because of other family members suggestions, only to be disappointed. They are spot on or should I say spot off!

Called to get an estimate which I got a quote over the phone of 175.00 I then give the lady the information of my address and I booked the appointment. Approximately 40 minutes later the lady calls me back and says that they cant drive out in Sandy Valley and if they do it will cost an extra 50.00 dollars. Oh hell no and if your company makes an appointment gives you a quote and then says they will see you on a specific day then they should have lived up to the obligations. That's just poor business ethics if you ask me. Forget it.

False advertising!
When I called I asked for a quote to clean and remove cat urine on a rug. She gave me a quote of $70 for transportation and the urine removal with a 15% discount. I asked specifically if for the $70 there was a guarantee that the cat urine smell would be removed and she said yes.
When the carpet guy came out, he gave me a quote of $90 for transportation and cleaning of the carpet PLUS an additional $70 for cat urine. He said that if he just did the cleaning there would be no guarantee that he could remove the cat urine smell so he would rather not do it. This was a waste of my time and false advertising!

OMG I love them , such a superior way to go. My carpets so clean for 11 months before needing to get cleaned again. This is the only company Itrust and i have used them for 3 homes and for 11 years. JJ Casper

We had Chem Dry clean a shower stall, some kitchen grout and 2 rugs. In all three this firm and owner exceeded our expectations by a lot. I would recommend Karl and his crew 100%.

Used Chem Dry for tile cleaning. The one star is for them showing up. Seemed great at first. During the cleaning they dented the front of our stainless steel refrigerator. Once this was pointed out to Karl, they tried to blame us and say the dent must have always been there. Obviously this dent was not there prior to them moving it. They also put a nice big dent into the door frame of the pantry next to where they moved the refrigerator. Karl finally admitting to their mistake said he would be happy to replace or fix the refrigerator door. Karl said we did not have to pay for the service until he fixed the door. I told him that would not be necessary as I will take his word for it that he will fix the refrigerator door at a later time. My mistake. After calling and trying to get them to honor their word there was complete silence on their part. If you use this company and Karl please beware of them moving your furniture around and do not take them on their word!! Use someone else!!!

Joe and Jaquin did a great job. I called zero rez and they are TERRIBLE. carpets were soaked for days..

CHEM DRY May Cost a little more but they are here for the long haul, not like these cash grab cleaners with super cheap rates.i found out the hard way!
