They want you to sign a 23 page contract; we came to an agreement for a 3 page contract. The first service/cleaning was set up for last week. They were a no call/no show. Apparently, the team scheduled to do the work quit that day. I received an apology and the cleaning was rescheduled for this week. Another no call/no show. Another apology received and they backed out.
Unfortunately, it has now been 3 weeks since our offices were cleaned because I trusted this company. Better to work directly with individuals than organized companies - too unreliable.
