The area rug was made in kashmir with white tassel fringes which had become soiled. the rug is blue which due to the excellent careful work came
out looking new. the soiled fringes also came out looking new. we then had the rug modified to remove the fringes and put binding around the four sides [we should have thought of that first]. we are very happy with the results. this company is highly recommended.

They came to steam clean my tile flooring. It was disgusting! They did an incredible job! Karl is extremely polite, professional and goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Finding a company you can trust to come into your home or office to do work is challenging to say the least. Karl and his team always take the time to make sure they are on time, polite and clean!! Seems like common sense, I can tell you being in business for years it isn't. Highly recommend them!

I have tried 4 or 5 different carpet cleaners in Las Vegas and NONE of them could get the pet stains out of my light grey carpet - until I called Chem-Dry. John was helpful and thorough. The pet stains were 95% gone! (No one else even came close to 50%)! Love these guys and the owner Carl operates his business with integrity.

The team was extremely friendly and did an amazing job! Kitchen tile looks incredible and I did not think it was possible that an extremely distressed bedroom could look almost new again, they definitely know what they are doing. Thought I'd have to replace it but guess not! Definitely talented and five star service!!!!

My experience with southwest chem-dry was excellent!
We had just moved into a new house and the tile was so gross.
My tile was black as black could get and i didn't think it could be cleaned . My husband and i called southwest chem-dry to come out and clean our tile and i couldn't believe how awesome my tile came out . I didn't even know what color it really was until they cleaned it. It looked like brand new tile it was beautiful !!!!! If you have any tile, carpet or upholstery that you need cleaned i totally recommend southwest chem-dry !!! They are the best and the only company i ever call !!!!!

I could not be more impressed with how well they clean! I had my tile counters and flooring done as well as the carpets. It is beyond what I expected in their work and professionalism. I would recommend SW Chem-Dry EVERY TIME! There's no need to try another company when you have this one.

I absolutely love using Southwest Chemdry! They do an amazing job during every Service whether it be my carpet, upholstery or tile floors. I love the truck mount option! My carpets are fresh and revived like new when they're done! Use them.. you will be pleased.

After reading multiple reviews on multiple different carpet cleaning companies, I decided to go with Southwest Chemdry. This was the first time I had the carpets cleaned so I had lots of questions. They answered all my questions and when I wanted to change the appointment to earlier they were able to accommodate. I would definitely recommend. 😊 The price is affordable and they do a great and thorough job. Very happy.

Was referred to Southwest ChemDry by my handyman. I would highly recommend Karl and the work he does. Answered call promptly and scheduled service quickly as well. Well worth the money. The tile has never felt this clean and the grout looks essentially brand new. Very pleased with entire service.

I received a coupon in the mail and called in to make an appointment. The representative that scheduled the appointment was polite and explained to cost of the service. I was expecting to have an up charge or fees increased and my coupon not to be honored but the day of the service the price was exact. Joaquin the service tech walked in and inspected our home and carefully listened to our concerns about our trouble areas. Joaquin and the other service tech were on time and very polite.Their work is exceptional. I will be calling periodically to have my carpet cleaned by them. I highly recommend this company.
