I feel like I have jumped on a rocket ship of high quality cleaning, customer service, and one heck of an organization. Anyone not using Stratus of Las Vegas is doing themself a disservice. Matt and the entire team are top notch.

We just started using Stratus and they have so far exceeded our expectations! For the first time in years I received positive emails regarding the cleaning that was being done and I was SO happy to tell them we hired a new company - Stratus! Victoria is amazing...she just gets it. She understands our needs and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Steve is wonderful to work with and their prices are very reasonable. Overall, we have had a great experience with Stratus. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is due to a few occasions where we still found debris on the floors so we knew they weren't swept or mopped properly. We have not had any issues in sometime and they do a nice job cleaning. Krystal has been great to work with and she always responds to messages promptly.

Great experiences with Startus and if there are any issues, they're always quick to work to resolve them. I feel as though the pricing is fair and our cleaning team is very consistent. No huge complaints and would recommend them!

We are happy with their service so far. We are dental office. They seemed very organized and well with communication so over all our staffs are pleased. I mean they are human too so sometimes they will forget one area to be cleaned. However, we have our cleaning crew staff's phone # so one text will take care of the issue right away during her following visit. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for one for your office!

We began using Stratus Building Solutions for our weekly cleaning of our medical clinic a couple of months ago. They are amazing! Not only does the clinic look cleaner, it feels cleaner, and the communication is phenomenal. Also, the pricing is more than fair for the job they do. ALGSN is extremely happy with Stratus!

We have been using Status for about 6 months now and so far no complaints. They are pretty great, and have reasonable service pricing. I like that they have periodic check-ins to see how service is going and give you the option to have in-person visits and reduce email surveys as well. I am very satisfied with my switch to Stratus LV so far!

My experience with the company was not the best. Supervisors should come to the site to inspect the cleaners' work periodically as I was initially promised by the rep I met with. Instead they just send quick email surveys asking for a rating and any comments and then follow up on that. We had two different cleaners from their company and both could not keep up with the consistent cleaning duties our contract outlined. I was also supposed to get a 2nd log book for the new cleaner, after the first one left due to many personal issues, and never did get that so had to communicate with her through text messages. I had to remind both of things missed many times, including debris and stains left on the floor from the previous day when they were here, dusting not being done at the time intervals it should've been, sinks developing grime on them showing they weren't being cleaned regularly, and counter tops sometimes not getting wiped down. Seeing this makes me think our floors were not being swept and mopped once a week as our contract stated to do as well. I'm going with another company who promises to do in person supervisor checks so it doesn't fall to our business to be the enforcer of our contract with them. Also the alarm was not always set which is unacceptable and I told them it would be upfront as we need to maintain the security of our building, and they would tell me via a text message after they left the building sometimes that they couldn't set it, and by then it would be too late at night so I wouldn't see it until the following morning. This company was inexpensive, but the lowest price doesn't come with the best work. The new company we're switching to is only slightly more per month though and assures more accountability of their staff and do not sub contract out the work like this company does. Sub-contracted/Franchise companies seem to not hold themselves accountable enough for the work we're paying to be done. Attaching pictures taken this week in the mornings after cleaning was supposedly done the night before. Floors clearly not getting any attention as debris is left there over several days of cleaning visits.

My office has used Stratus Building Solutions for the past 3 years. We have have had a wonderful experience with this company. The GM comes in once a month to do inspections and checks to make sure we are satisfied with our service. We have great communication with the crew that takes care of our office. If we do have any concerns they are address in a timely manner. Overall we are satisfied with our services and highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with Stratus Building Solutions for our office cleaning needs. We do not have a lot of interior photos but their twice per week service keeps our Flight School clean , well stocked and and consistently ready for students and customers. Their team is reliable, thorough, and easy to work with, and they communicate well whenever anything needs attention. We appreciate the professionalism and would gladly recommend them to other businesses.
