I had a disaster in my home. The dishwasher broke and flooded my entire house. They were able to go in and save all my carpet. I haven't seen my carpet look this good even after regular carpet cleaners were called out for a basic service. I would recommend them to all my friends.

We had a fire in our office building. COIT was able to remediate the fire, smoke, and water damage in our commercial setting. They were also able to completely get rid of the smell of smoke which we all thought wouldn't go away. Will be using CIOT and Smiths Fine Rug Cleaning services if we ever have to again.

This company is under new ownership, I decided to give them a try....and I'm so happy I did! They were prompt and cleaned my carpet making it look new! I highly recommend! They answered all my questions and took their time, doing an excellent job.

I used Coit to clean my carpets. Gary was my technician. He was prompt and did an excellent job on my carpets, especially the high traffic areas and those areas affected by pet stains. I will definitely be using Coit every 6 months to keep my carpet looking and smelling clean!

My husband was surprised, to not see an official COIT service vehicle, as we have known COIT to have company vehicles...does COIT sub-contract now? I encourage COIT to provide Adan with new hoses, as his leak.

I called Coit and had them come and give me an estimate for cleaning my drapes. They were professional and friendly. Exactly what I was looking for. They took my drapes back to their shop for cleaning. I was very pleased with the results when they were hung back up. The drapes looked great! I highly recommend Coit if you need your drapes cleaned!!

COIT put life back into my flooring (carpet and tile). They accommodated a short time-frame in me leaving and entering residences. Oscar shampooed and restored my tile to perfection. There was no 'salesman pitch' just a reference from a trusted and honest friend. COIT's integrity is very much valued. This a wonderful team and I will refer COIT to whoever is looking to clean and/or restore flooring in Las Vegas.

I had my carpet cleaned today and it looks wonderful! I used Stanley Steemer for the past 20 years and they just weren’t doing a good job anymore. Gary cleaned my carpet and my floors and they look better than they have in a very long time! I’m really impressed with the finished product and I will use Coit again!
