I recently hired Priority Pool to maintain and install a new pump on my pool, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.

The customer service was top-notch--Jeremy, the customers service manager was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. He was patient, and very knowledgeable. The installation/repair was completed on time, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My pool looks amazing and functions perfectly!

Priority pools was able to get my older pool back in order when other companies I’ve hired could not . Both companies I had hired were both sold with out my knowledge and i constantly got different pool guys coming . I had my pool turn green atleast 3 times ending with me having to pay for those last companies to be brought back when it was there guys who had done the damage . Finally I hired Priority and things could not be any better ! This summer I was finally able to let my grandkids swim and not worry about a green pool . Their supervisor Nick shows up periodically just to see how things are going . It’s extremely helpful especially when I have questions . This company is has been a blessing . Thank you 🙏

He’s detail-oriented, respectful of our property, and consistently goes the extra mile—testing levels, brushing, skimming, and explaining what he’s doing so we always feel confident about our pool care. Mirson is the best!!! My pool has never been this sparkling clean and all issues are always taken care of promptly and he s great with my dogs and always makes sure my gate is closed so I never have to worry about my dogs getting out of the yard. He emails pictures of the pool the filters and closed gate after every service for peace of mind. To me that s very important!

Best pool service and repair company in the Las Vegas valley. Reasonable/fair prices on regular maintenance and repair work. Our technician, Lucas Artusi, is an exceptional, very diligent, and very hardworking technician that takes the time to ensure our pool & spa are spackling clean every week. He always takes the time to vacuum and carefully brush the entire pool, including all the tile work (we’ve never had another technician do that consistently). Last note, Lucas has even come back after an exceptional windy day and before a holiday to ensure our pool sparking clean for our family! AAA+ recommendation.

Holy Cow what a bunch of losers, moved into a rental with "No" vacuum...2 separate kids showed on ea Monday (gee, guess by Sat I'm cleaning it myself) 🙄...left my gate wide open both times, stirred the dirt around, loaded up the tab feeder (conditioner factory) and left. I have been doing Pool Service for 20 yrs!...I was blown away. Got the clowns fired....they were getting $165 to brush dirt in circles, Pump running 1400 RPM for 5 hrs 🤯..wow, just wow.

Priority pools has the most amazing customer service of any pool company we have dealt with. Fast responsse, very honest, and just all around great company. Our kids are enjoying a crystal clear pool everytime (until the winds come lol). HI highly recommend them for cleaning and repairs.

We're long time Las Vegas residents and have had several pool services over the years. Priority Pool Service and our service tech Gabe is without a doubt the best ever! The water has never been clearer, the pool cleaner, and on top of that, Gabe e-mails a picture of all the cleaned skimmer baskets, filtering equipment, two pics of the cleaned pool, and even a picture of our front gate closed as he leaves. Each report also tells the pool test readings and how much pool chemicals were added, if any. Amazing service, like no other. I'm paying just a little more than I have before, but for the kind of service Gabe and the Priority team provides, it's well worth it! In addition, Gabe's a good dude.

We were not happy with the company we were using to clean our pool. After reading many reviews, we switched to Priority Pool Service. So far, so good. The office staff is quick to respond to questions. We have the same pool guy every week, Jose, and he's been doing a great job!

We had a leak and corrosion around the PVB (installed when the pool was put in 7 years ago by another company). I called the repairs and maintenance department and Stephanie was able to help me immediately. She asked that I send her a picture of the issue so the techs knew what to look for. Once I did she responded quickly, explaining to me exactly what the issue was and how it would be no problem for their techs. Got a quote and on the schedule for the very next day. The whole process took no time at all and the repair cost was transparent and reasonable. We use Priority Pools for our weekly maintenance and have been very pleased, this whole process ensures that we will continue using their services for as long as we are in the home!

I was having some problems w my pool that needed repairs. It was a very expensive problem. Priority Pools was able to think outside of the box and helped me find the cheapest solution possible. I'm talking over 80% less than what I was told I should be paying. Its not like they did cheaper work, they just know their stuff and know how to make things work.

I’ve had numerous issues with other companies in Henderson that couldn’t help me about my constant green pool, and luckily Nick was responsive and helpful to any inquiry I had about my issue, The team managed to get my pool fixed!
