Positive Feedback Regarding Pool Service Technician

I am writing to share my positive experience as a relatively new customer of Priority Pools. My weekly service has been handled by a couple of technicians, and I would like to specifically commend Jeremy, who is currently assigned to my account.

Jeremy consistently demonstrates a high level of detail in his work, maintains a professional and friendly demeanor, and is clearly committed to ensuring my pool is in excellent condition. His efforts are very much appreciated.

On a recent occasion, I was concerned that his service schedule might be interrupted. I was pleased to see him return the following week, which was a relief.

Please accept this note as feedback on my personal experience with Jeremy's service. I am very satisfied with the work he performs.

I recently signed up for weekly pool maintenance. Before they start a tech comes out to inspect equipment to make sure everything is in good working condition. They found a few things, which I knew about and they handled it within a few days. The weekly service is very thorough. It’s cleaning out the debris, baskets and check chemicals. I receive an email report with photos & everything that was done & added to the pool. There’s been someone different to do the service but expect a regular person will come in the future.There service department is quick to schedule and always friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Priority Pool Service

This is the first full service pool company ever had. I'm so impressed with Priority Pool Service. Love all they do for us & weekly pics are great. Aleays on time, text me with an ETA. Any concerns, they get right on top of the issue. Thank you "PPS"

We’ve been using Priority Pools for close to a year and have been very satisfied with the service. Their communication is great and reasonably priced. The techs are efficient yet don’t rush to get out. Every week we get a report emailed as to what was added to the pool. Our pool always looks sparkling clean. Highly recommend their pool cleaning service.

Our trash cans Were gross. They did a great job getting the gunk out. And they smell good.

Awesome service for such a pain in the behind job if you need to do yourself and it is rather affordable for the every 3 month cleaning

I am happy that I don’t need to wash my trash cans anymore. A company is there to take care of it for a descent price.

The the guy who cleans my trash can was very rude to me when I told him that I have a new trash can that needed to be cleaned. I have a contract for two bins, i should get 2 bins cleaned.

I will be canceling after this cycle

I love they cleaned the bins. It’s my first time trying them. I am just glad that the very bottom sticky nasty 🤢 are gone. But there are still some white dust or left over colors, not sure what are those, but they are there still.

The cleaning service is fabulous. They respectfully bring my trash cans up to my garage when they are done. They are on time.
