Just had my first appointment with Priority Pools. The first service before the weekly service takes 3 hours. David, the senior tech who has 10 years of experience, did an outstanding job cleaning the pool, checking all of the equipment, cleaning the filters and explaining everything to me. In the past in 2 different houses with pools I have had 4 other pool services. Priority Pools is by far the best. I highly recommend them.

Sept. 16, 2023. I have now been using Priority Pools for over 3 months since May 2023. Emmanuel does the weekly service every Wednesday and does an excellent job. He is very thorough and the pool is crystal clear and is well balanced. I have had a few repairs and they were also done in an excellent manner. I also met with the Service Manager, Nick Lopez, and he is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He know more about pools than any other individual that I have ever dealt with. This is the third pool company that I have used in Las Vegas and they are by far the best. I have also used 5 different pool companies over 15 years in Marco Island, Florida and Priority Pools is better than any of them. I have recommended Priority Pools to 4 of my neighbors who have switched to them and all are very happy.

This is the best pool company we have ever used hands down, because they have gone above and being to male sure our pool has been kept in perfect condition. And they’ve worked with us and have been professional and more than fair. I don’t see a reason to ever go to any other company.

I would like to give a special shout out to Mirson at Priority pools who went above and beyond to take care of my filter and pump issues today. Beyond kind, considerate and skillful he was extremely accommodating to my schedule, and truly a star individual. He explained exactly what he did to make everything work and run like new again! Can’t say enough about him please feel free to send him over to my house anytime for my filter and pump issues! Well done!

Great experience with Priority Pools! The communication is unmatched, both from Cristina and our pool tech, David. If you are looking for a company that focuses on customer service and keeping you in the loop, go with them.

After living in Vegas for 5 years and using the same pool company “Splash,” my wife and I finally had enough of the big company mentality on taking care of customers. What I mean is the typical 3-4 minute service appointments, the constant changing of pool technicians and just all around lazy work ethic. We switched to Priority Pools and right away we noticed a huge difference in the quality of our pool technician and the thoroughness of this company’s service. This company takes care of its customers and has that “Mom and Pop” business vibe that I gladly give my hard earned money to. All I can say is stay away from the big pool company’s like “Splash” and go with Priority Pools if you want a reliable and consistent service that won’t let you down!

Priority Pool Service has been amazing help for us, especially as first time pool owners. Jordan has done a great job getting and keeping our pool clean and balanced. The company as a whole has been great at explaining all the issues and giving suggestions on how to prioritize the repairs and maintenance needed to get the pool back in to top shape.

I hired the priority pool cleaning service for my home in Las Vegas and was extremely impressed with the results. The team was punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented. My pool has never looked so clean and clear. They removed all debris and left the area spotless. On top of that, they gave me helpful tips for maintenance. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality and efficiency. I will definitely hire Murilo again!

Yesterday, David (Gio) from Priority Pools installed a new variable speed pump, repaired the in-floor system, rebuilt a solar valve, and installed a temperature sensor for our pool. He was AMAZING! He was friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. We are so happy with all the work that was done, and are excited that everything is working properly! He also repainted the exterior plumbing and it looks brand new despite being 20+ years old! Thank you Gio and Priority Pools!

Priority Pools has been the best pool service we have had so far. We have had a few that just doesn’t even come close to the great full service this pool company has to offer.

I wanted to wait until I'd had a few services done before leaving a review, and now that I have I'll be letting all my friends know about Priority Pool Service. Felicia explained everything and made it super easy to schedule the initial and ongoing services. Corey was also great and very professional despite my filters getting plaster everywhere (including all over him) since the "pool guy" we hired after installation had never cleaned the filters despite asking him to for over a month. He answered all our questions and reassured us they'd get our new pool back on track. My only regret was not chosing them in the first place. We went with a budget pool cleaning service based off a neighbors recommendation and very much regret it. The pricing from Priority Pool Service is very reasonable and they actually email you a detailed report of everything they do while onsite, not just drop in a chlorine tablet then rush to the next pool like our last service. Very happy and will be recommending to our neighbors and friends with pools.

Jeremy is doing a great job job of keeping my pool extremely clean. He is very personable and is great with my dog. Jeremy is doing a great job with the filters and keeping the chemicals up. Enjoy talking with him when he is here and watching him work.

Amazing pool company. Show up at the same time every week, do a fantastic job. I love that thy take pictures and email them to you when they are done, and a picture of a closed gate when they leave. Very responsive to questions and answer quickly. Best pool company I have had in 18 years at this house

Hi Adrian is great. He does a good job with our pool cleaning. He also kindly placed my screen that had fallen against the wall so it wouldn't get further damage. I know he didn't have to do that, but that small gesture was appreciated.

Great service! The pool tech has done an amazing job keeping the pool sparkling clean and running well.
He is efficient, dependable, and happy to discuss matters with the customer as needed. Our pool is surrounded by a number of pine and palm trees which can be challenging for upkeep. Priority Pools goes the extra mile to ensure our equipment is clean and running smoothly to handle any vegetation issues.
The front office has been great as well, always ready to provide the best customer service! We highly recommend this pool cleaning service.

5 stars! I’ve been using Priority Pool Service for weekly maintenance, and they are always on time and professional. They also sent out a tech same day to ensure the pool pump and equipment was working properly when the yard flooded helping to isolate the cause of the flooding, which was not the pool equipment but the irrigation system. If you need a trustworthy pool company that actually cares about their work, this is the one!
