Refresh Pool Tile came out and cleaned and drained my pool. They also fixed tiles and installed a salt system. From start to finish they were professional, punctual and did excellent work. My pool looks awesome just in time for the summer. John installed our salt systems and explained thoroughly how to work it. Really love our pool! Thanks so much!

What can I say. Got 3 different quotes. All were in the ballpark of each other. But I decided to go with Refresh and what can I say. Excellent service. From the estimate to scheduling to the actual work. Everything was first class .Professional and did a great job,I would most definitely recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Keep up the great work.

Sharing the before and after, David Cortez did an amazing job on my pool, I absolutely love the finished results of the re-tile and so glad I finally pulled the trigger and had this completed.

Our experience with Refresh Pool Tile was outstanding! We had all our pool tile bead blasted and Eric did a FANTASTIC job. He explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it was going to take and as I checked in with him throughout the process he continued to show me what he was doing. It was very clear he takes a ton of pride in his work and the results show it. Our tiles look as good as new! I will definitely use Refresh Pool Tile again and will specifically request Eric to keep my pool tiles sparkling!

Refresh Pool and Tile did an outstanding job on my pool. I had to have my pool replastered and I decided to replace the tile at the same time. Everyone of the employees who worked on different segments of the job were professional, polite and extremely hard working. A special shoutout to Cameron, David and Mario who worked on replacing the tile and to Jeff Miller who was the first person I talked to when I decided to use this company and was always available whenever I had any questions. Booked tile replacement proposal to replace our Jacuzzi pool tile. David came out on time within a few days, surveyed my pool, and had me an email proposal within the hour. I placed deposit online through the digital proposal, went out to Aquabella showroom to pick out my tile and grout. Free tile samples were included from the showroom which was great to lay against existing pool tile. Emailed Refresh Pool Tile with our tile choices and we got on their schedule the next business day. Original install date was about five weeks out, but I asked, if a slot opens up, to come out early WHICH THEY DID! Crew came out fours weeks early and knocked out the work in two day. Pool looks great! Crew did a few other tasks not in scope like caulking an existing gap in main pool transition, smoothing down a pre-existing patch repair in the pool. None of which I asked for, but they went above and beyond, having a really high level of detail, working as if this was their own pool. Thanks again and I highly recommend this group for tile replacement/install. Great experience!

We used Refresh Pool Tile to drain the pool, clean the tile and stone (removing the calcium buildup), repair the grout where needed on the tile, seal the tile and stone, acid wash the pool and spa floor and apply the microglass plaster densifier, and apply a borate treatment to the water once the pool is filled and the regular pool chemicals added (this last step is not yet done as of the writing of this review as we are still filling the pool). They have done an outstanding job and everything looks great. Jeff Miller first assessed our needs and quoted the project, and was very helpful, clear, and knowledgeable. David Cortez lead the execution of the project and provided the fantastic results achieved. He also was quite knowledgeable and friendly, and provided excellent communication along the way so we knew what to expect and when.

Our pool is a year old and with the water we had calcium build up on our spill ways and waterline. Scheduling was quick and easy. Today Eric showed up to do the work and wow it came out amazing. He was super knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He’s our guy for anything we need here on out!

Refresh Tile was great. We needed pool tile replaced. Sabrina was great at setting the schedule. Jeff gave us a visit and gave a quote. The best part was the install itself.

Refresh Pool provided exceptional service in the renovation project of my pool replacing the plaster and tiles. Jeff’s accurate estimate was first, he was very thorough and provided options and explained the situation so we could pick the right choice for us, Sabrina’s efficient scheduling and invoicing was great and we were able to setup the dates very accurately, the professionalism of the crews who got the various parts of the project done were all commendable on time and correctly done, and then it was David effectively managing the entire project, conducted thorough inspections to ensure accuracy, and provided clear guidance throughout the process. The final inspection and restarting with David were straight forward and easy to follow. The prompt responses to inquiries via text and phone calls were a significant advantage with everyone. The biggest part if there was an issue they were able to resolve it promptly and accurately including a couple of change orders as it happens during a project like this one. Overall, Collaborating with Refresh Pool from conception to completion was a gratifying experience, and I now have a visually stunning pool that I can enjoy for many years to come.

I am revising a previous review I posted earlier this year.
At that time I had my pool resurfaced and when finished it had a blotchy surface.
There were sections that weren’t colored correctly.
When I wrote my review I was called that same day and told that they wanted to make it right.
David came out and agreed it didn’t look good and let me know that they would make it right with an acid wash and polish.
We scheduled for October and true to their word they came out and it looks beautiful now.
David called a few days later to make sure I was happy with it.
I really appreciate the fact that they acknowledged the issue and were quick to fix it.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Eric made our pool looks like new! He done such an excellent job. We have pretty big pool, it was full of calcium spots. He finished quickly and result is just amazing.

We had an excellent experience working with Refresh Pool Tile. Communication was excellent through the whole process, and everyone was always on time and on schedule. Jeff was friendly and helpful and forthright in communications about the estimate. Sabrina was nice and helpful with the invoicing and scheduling. And David and Mario were friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job on the tile replacement/repair, tile cleaning, and plaster cleaning. This was a very positive experience and we are grateful for this good team, their excellent communication and promptness, and the great outcome with our pool.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to Pools, they were able to solve a water issue that caused us to replace grout and pop up bad tiles, removed the water calcium around the pool tile edges and changed a pool light. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again, Eric did a fantastic job.

Everyone we worked with at Tile Savers was wonderful! Our glass tile was defective and discolored. Jeff who came out for the estimate was very knowledgeable. Sabrina scheduled everything for us. D.C. & Marco worked hard to remove the old tile & clean everything! Our pool looks amazing!!! We are happy to recommend this company!

Very pleased the way it came out. My spa looks like the day it was built. The tech Alex was very meticulous to make sure every single tile was completely clean of any calcium deposits.

When I tell you this company exceeded my expectations. They came and gave me a reasonable quote and delivered a fantastic service. Was early to my appointment and was completely done within a hr and half. My pool tile looks brand new like when it was first installed. If you are hesitant on using this company, don’t be. Customer service is top tier.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Refresh Pool Tile. Jeff came out for a quick estimate, and he was very friendly and informative. They got me on the schedule quickly, and Eric spent the morning tending to our pool. We opted in for the full treatment to protect our investment. Eric cleaned ALL of the hard water deposits off our tile, did an acid wash, and added a sealer. He was very friendly, polite, punctual, and thorough. He even wiped the dust off our back yard gate when he was finished. Eric went above and beyond, and I am delighted by the result! Thank you!
