This company did an amazing job repairing the cracked coping on my pool. Dave was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and Troy the owner as well! The job took under a day and only required a partial draining of my pool. Other companies told me a full drain was necessary and 2-4 days to complete! And they had the Lowest estimate of the 4 companies I contacted. If you need pool tile or coping work definitely give these guys a call for an estimate you will not be sorry.

Our older faux boulder pool surround had developed some serious leaks as well cracks and fading from the sun. Refresh Pool Tile gave us a reasonable quote to make the repairs, accommodated our schedule, and the crew, principally Adrian and Jaqueline, did a great job. The leaks and cracks were repaired and the faux boulders repainted with a new color scheme. Adrian is really an artist and listened very carefully to what we had in mind, then delivered a product that we just love. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in "refreshing" our pool!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! My pool was horrible I called three different companies to give me quotes and Refresh Pool was the best price for what you get. They had my entire big pool chipped out and re-plastered and tiled in less than a week. From the very beginning dealing with Sabrina in the office to David and John and everyone that did the labor was absolutely amazing so professional so nice. They alway answered my calls or text messages every time I reached out to them I could not say enough amazing things about this company .

We needed to have our pool retiled, and David came out, did an assessment, and gave us a very reasonable quote shortly afterward. He answered all of our questions, gave us some good recommendations, and gave us a link to view some tiles online.
Once we picked a few tiles we liked, he went and picked up samples and dropped them by our house.
The day work was to start he showed up on time and worked all day by himself as his 2 crew members were a no-show! He got the job done in a few days, and we are thrilled with the outcome!
He was friendly, hard working, honest, and took the time to talk with us and answer all our questions. We will be hiring them again in the near future to do a replaster of the pool and refinish our decking!

I was referred to this company by Todd from Hound Dog Leak Detection due to leaks in the pool skimmer throat and spa spillway. From start to finish it was a very professional experience. David came out and did an amazing job!! He replace tiles on the spa spillway and skimmer throat and kept me informed with exceptional communication. The office staff was on point with scheduling and making sure I received quotes. Very highly recommend this company!

This is my new “go to” company for any pool work. We had repairs and I got a few bids. The pricing was competitive and we eventually went with Refresh. They worked with me on trying to accomplish what we needed the most affordable way possible.

The tech though, was the best part. David, they call him DC. He had a great attitude, very friendly and professional. He came up with ideas that improved on what we originally discussed. He planned things out so that we had the least amount of time with the pool drained. He was very creative, took pride in his work, was very meticulous to make sure everything was placed just right. He explained what we were doing every step of the way. He cleaned up the site at the end of each day and was reliably there each morning. Really enjoyed working with him and what he brought to the job.
This is a great place to go if you need some tile work.

I had the tile on my pool and spa replaced. Bryan came out and we discussed what I wanted done. He was able to answer my questions and provided me with recommendations and quotes on my options. DC, Mario, and Eric took care of the tile removal and replacement. They did a great job, answered my questions, and were very friendly. I am extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend this company.

We all know that the water here is hard. I take samples to Leslie's routinely to keep my pool in good order and my TDS and hardness just kept getting higher until it was way over scale. The recommended remedy is to drain the pool and refill. That might work a little, but the water is hard to begin with. So I looked in this RO option to TREAT the water. I submitted an online request on Sunday to inquire about the service. I was contacted by Bryan the next day and discussed how it works and how much. We set it up for Wednesday. I was sent a list of things to do BEFORE the service so things would go smooth. He showed up on time, fully explained the process, what he was going to do, how long it was going to take and what happens next. My pool is small so it actually finished late the same afternoon. I ran a sample to Leslie's for another analysis and all the hard water issues that can't be solved with filters or chemicals dropped substantially!!! Bryan came the next day, discussed what was going to be done to remove the equipment and I shared my results with him. I was given clear post-process instructions and he was off. Smooth transaction. Wonderful service. The water was treated EXACTLY as advertised and as intended. I know it won't last forever, but this will preserve my pool and equipment for years. I'm a fan.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jeff was the most helpful representative I have ever worked with. Answered all my questions and gave great suggestions. I had other quotes that were similar but went with Refresh because of Jeff! Great decision! Sabrina in the office was awesome with scheduling and ordering. David and Mario worked for two straight days in 110 plus heat to get this done. They were professional, kind, fast, and detailed. I would recommend Refresh with the highest amount of confidence! Thank you for saving our pool!

Eric did a wonderful job, repairing my pool tile today. I couldn't be more happy with the workmanship and professionalism.... The day started out with a pretext telling he was on his way, showed on time and began working explaining everything he was going to accomplish. He is a total asset to the company. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again when needed

We are on the 2nd appointment of our pool redo. First step (pictured) was perfect. Guys who were here took away all the plaster and debris. Today Jake installed our new light. He did a meticulous job. Made sure everything electrical was in the box, clean and neat, and completely capped. On to new plaster, thanks Jon!

A friend of ours referred us to Refresh Tile to clean the scale off of our pool tiles. So glad that he did...I called Refresh Tile and Bryan came out as scheduled and assessed our pool and drew up a bid that several times cheaper than what we were being quoted by others. With the strength of the reference, we accepted the bid and Bryan was able to get us scheduled in just a few days later. Cameron was the technician assigned to perform the cleaning service and he was fantastic. Friendly and helpful in explaining what he was going to do along with advice on how to preserve and protect going forward. It is the attention to quality and friendly demeanor of staff such as Cameron that I find the services of value and well-serving of a company such as Refresh Tile. If you are looking for a tile cleaning service as offered up by Refresh, I highly recommend them...they will take care of you:-)!!!

DC and Mario from Refres did a great job beadblasting and replacing some tiles on our pool and spa.they were on time, friendly and professional from begining of project through clean. Even when there was a slight disconnect in job requirements the team on site and management immediately corrected the issue. Overall...great experince...highly recommend and will use them for future work of this type.

My pool was a mess. I met with this company and really liked them from the start. They had lots of knowledge and informed me of several options to refinish my pool. I had to get the pool replstered and Im glad that I did. They were courteous and fast. I recommend them 100%.

Maria has been amazing! Everything in-clinic is spotless and we are truly grateful for how attentative she is.
