In their service agreement, they have 15 days to change anything that you are unsatisfied with, but in reality they will continue to fight with you instead of ending things peacefully. They won’t tell you about their cancellation policy. Don’t sign anything with them! They had a contract for over 2 years and the vents and walls looked like this (picture attached) and part of their scope is cleaning the vents?! . Their scope of work says one thing but it isn’t what is met. I don’t think they understand the difference between residential products vs commercial products and now our bathroom floors stick. So now I’m stuck with fighting them and sending an email for the next 15 days of unsatisfactory service until I start calling their corporate office to file a formal complaint. Do yourself a favor businesses and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Absolutely would never do business with this company nor their franchise. This is the worst cleaning company i have dealt in my 35 years of experience. Once you sign the contract good luck with promises they made. Make sure they deliver to what you asked them to be done and monitor. Getting hold of A/R or A/P no responses not even from the field manager. In any event , would not recommend. Stay away from them.
Had to come back and edit my review. As I was looking at their reviews I realized the 5 Stars reviews are from their Franchise owners and their employees. That is pretty bad...
