Mayberry's cleans my personal home every other week and also my 248 rental properties. They are highly professional and stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Paid for 4 hours of cleaning, dusting, vacuum, and moping. They left after 3 hours, and this remained!!! Dust balls, food crumbs in base board corners not wiped down, tile not vacuumed and mopped, pictures on walls not dusted, dining room table, legs, and chairs not dusted. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Both staff were courteous and did a great job. And my house is so much cleaner.

The video on their website is bogus, I would give them negative stars if i could, the people that came to our house were slow, unenthusiastic and inefficient. They don’t really want to clean so they stretch out how long it will take to do a task. At the end of the day it was a waist of time and money, we had to re-clean EVERYTHING they said they cleaned, I would NEVER use this company again!

Doris and Rocio provided outstanding service. They were on time, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned above beyond. Great price! I will most definitely use Mayberry’s Maids again.

Don’t recommend. They use the same mop or they don’t know how to clean the mop they used from the previous house. Their own materials look dirty, one of the girls cleaning I swear looked so high she could fly. The items they use look beat up and old, the house ended up smelling like a wet rag. I thought this was a good company but I regret it.

They didn’t do house cleaning, they did vent air duct and dryer vent cleaning and totally screwed everything up. Broke a vent cover and dislocated air ducts inside the ceiling as well as left broken air duct from my downstairs dryer. Worthless and costly. Also, they left the water hose from the washer loose and flooded the laundry room and basement. Not to mention, their hoses and vent cleaning equipment , dragging them around , causing scratches and black marks on my walls and stairway. What more can I say . Very disappointed

My original post was 5 stars. But after last week if I could do a negative star I would. I have been using them for several months every two weeks. We purchased a house and boy was it a crazy day. The maids added to that after I arrived and saw that barely anything was done. Instead of calling me and telling me when was going on they just did what, I don’t know. They didn’t even use basic common sense. What a waste of $220. Why bother asking for my money. They would fight it and I don’t have the energy. I now use Merry Maids which I found out a lot of my friends use and have never complained about in all the years they have used them. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE. NOT GOOD AT ALL

Mayberry's Maids always just such a great job. Very thorough and attention to detail. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this company for cleaning services if you live or rent in the area. They are awesome!

They were hired to clean my bf's house when he moved out. They had a list to go off of that was printed off of their website specifically for move out cleanings.
Now you might be wondering how i got involved in all this...Well i got involved, since the 2 ladies that were sent to clean could NOT do their jobs...i was on my hands and knees cleaning up what they should have done before the landlord came over to do walk through the second time. Oh yes did i forget to mention that they were called back because they did such a crappy job the first time, that they had to come back to redo the house? Because it was still filthy.

Let's start from the beginning...2 ladies were sent over for 4 hours for a total of $240 to clean the house. Mind you they had the list that was printed from THEIR website with "clean baseboards" hand written in to ensure that they would get the baseboards. i can tell you that they DID NOT CLEAN the baseboards amongst other things.

So if they have this list created to "help" customers that are moving out, why can't they train their staff to follow this list???

They sent the same 2 ladies to redo the house... One was named Melissa and she was in charge with another lady that was assisting her...They were called back because i checked their work after the first 4 hours and i told my bf to get them back because they did a crappy horrible job...the landlord concurred when he came to check the house the first time.

I wanted to be there when the ladies came to clean but because of a doctor's appointment , i was not there. But i got there as soon as possible after they left and OMG. They left everything dirty again. Yeah 1.5 hours later, all they had cleaned was the dishwasher. And to top that off, they were giving my bf attitude because they had to come back to redo the house that they messed up on. And on top of that, they lied to my bf and told him that cleaning the garage would cost extra. But if you look at the cleaning list on their website, the garage is included in the move out cleaning. And they told Gil, their boss that they couldn't clean it because it was dirty. So what's the real story? Was it dirty or was it going cost extra???

And the icing to top this entire fiasco off was the 2 conversations i had with their manager Gil at the office. First when a customer is calling to complain, do not interrupt them... It just makes them more frustrated. Secondly, do not talk down to them like the customer(me) is an idiot. He basically was telling me that i needed to have reasonable expectations and that they could not make anything look new... Thirdly, do not hang up on them when i tell you that i am using the pictures that i am sending you as references to the crappy job done by his staff. Because that is what i did, i sent 6 pictures to him to show him what a crappy job they did and all he could do was hang up on me, when i told him i was writing a review.

All Gil could do was stand behind his crappy crew and tell me that they use ecolab chemicals to clean the houses. Well apparently, they have never heard of elbow grease cuz that's what it took to clean up the mess that the "professional" Mayberry Maids could not clean. All Gil could tell me was that they cannot make the appliances new... Like i ever asked them to be new... All i asked was that they be clean. Apparently, asking for his Mayberry Maids to clean the house properly was having too high of an expectation. Apparently, I'm supposed to have reasonable expectations as he told me multiple times over the phone. But I'm telling you right now that his definition of reasonable and my definition of reasonable are total opposite ends of the spectrum. If you saw the mess and saw how dirty the house was after they spent close to 6 hours cleaning it... You would be as frustrated as i am.

Would i ever use them again? Omg do i look as stupid as Gil thinks i am... HECK NO, I WOULD never ever ever use them. Shoot with the way they clean, i might as well save the money and clean it myself...oh wait...i paid and I still had to clean. Lesson learned

Gil was super helpful. I needed someone to come in the same day to clean my dad's apartment for his 90th Birthday. Gil made things work to send two gals out to clean. My Dad (who is quite picky) LOVED the gals and the housecleaning. We will definitely use them again. Thank you for making it all happen so quickly and doing a great job.

Tessa and her crew were awesome! I really appreciated their attention to detail they did a great job in a timely fashion. Thank you Mayberry’s maids and Tessa for a great job! If you’re thinking of trying Mayberry’s maids I would highly recommend them.

I made an appointment for a 2 hr cleaning. When the cleaners got here they said "we don't wash dishes." When Esmeralda worked there and came to clean she washed dishes. These new people told me that they could only do part of the kitchen and the bathroom. I live in a one bdrm apt and when I called Esmeralda and her partner had this whole place cleaned in 90 mins. When I called to talk to one of the new managers she started raising her voice and yelling at me telling me she went above and beyond for me. At this point I did not have faith in their cleaning abilities, time management or customer service. I asked her what she went above and beyond for but instead of answering she continued being rude and disrespectfully shouting and taking over me. When I asked her what if this is not what I want she told me not to call the company again and told me she went above and beyond proceeded to yell at me like I was one of her children. When I told her she needed to calm down and talk to me like an adult she hung up and called the worked telling them to leave. When I called the office back some guy (probably her husband) answered the phone and said she was in a meeting. I said "I can hear her talking to the workers, who are right next to me." He replied I'll have her call you back." I have used this company for 2 yrs and it was great until now. If I could put negative stars I would AND NO THIS IS NOT COMPETITION SO DON'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE THAT CLAIM LIKE YOU DO EVERY TIME SOMEONE PUTS A TRUTHFUL REVIEW. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND FIND A BETTER PLACE. The new management are immature, petty, have no customer service, conflict resolution, or interpersonal skills. Rude, and unprofessional. Worst company ever. The response proves my point.

This company must have paid for reviews on Google. After seeing their Google reviews, I gave them a call. They were supposed to have a move-in special. I met them in the morning. Two lady came in and they walked around my 2 bedroom condo, 1100 square feet. There was some furniture left behind by the previous owner. I told them I wanted their move-in service, and pointed out two areas that especially needed to be cleaned, which was the washer and dryer door glass and the stove. They quoted me a price of $180 for 3 hours. I gave them my credit card info, and $20 tip and left for work. When I came home, I didn't bother to check the place because it was late that night. I checked the next morning, and I could see that they didn't do a thorough job. I emailed them last Monday, ask for some kind of refund on Aug 10th, and they still haven't responded, so I figured I would post this review. I posted a few pictures of 2 areas that weren't cleaned. Beside the couch and stove drawer, a window sills and around the tv were not cleaned. They may have been other spots, but it doesn't matter. For $180 I shouldn't have spent the weekend going back over things to make sure they were clean.

My advise is to just find another company. I assume all the 5 star rating are paid reviewers.
