Mayberry's has been cleaning my house for the last 3 years. I'm so happy with their service that I recommend them to everyone. They do a great job and even take special care with my dogs. I'm planning on using Mayberry's janitorial services for my new business location too.

This review is for their both their Window Cleaning service and their maid service.

Window Cleaning
Their website promotes $8.00/window, but when their team showed up they tried to charge me $19.00/window. I asked why and they said that every 1 window that opens counts as 2. The whole experience was shady. Cancelled them. I would recommend finding a more transparent company.

Maid Service
Hired 4 maids to handle a deep spring cleaning. Nearly everything they did lacked attention to detail. For example: dusted the desk, but not on top of it / office. Dusted part of the television but not the other part / living room. Cleaned one door on the fridge, but not the other - even wiped around a picture on the fridge without moving it. Broke a closet door off track and left without telling me. I could go on. All in all a poor cleaning experience. I would not recommend this company and I would not hire them again.

PS - When I first saw they had good stars I hired them. Looking back now I see all the reviews are from a year, two or more ago. They've dropped the ball.

Excellent housecleaning service. I've used them multiple times and always had prompt a thorough cleaning. I just wish I'd known about them earlier. I would have gotten my apartment deposit back. They did the work on time and completely to my satisfaction.

Magnificent House cleaning company. We used Mayberry's Maids to clean our new home and the house we just moved out of. We just bought a home in the painted desert community in North Las Vegas area and the home was built in the mid 1990's so it needed some work. The team that came out looked at the home and made their evaluation in just minutes. The Girls were so helpful in pointing out things that I didn't even think of like the tracks for the windows for example . they worked so hard all day to get my new home clean that I almost didn't recognize it when we returned to the home. The bathroom tiles were a different color them we thought when we bought the home. lol . We thought that we were going to have to replace the oven but when they got done with it it looked like new. I was so happy with the house cleaning that when we moved in from our old house I had Mayberrys maids back again to clean that house. I highly recommend that you use mayberrys maids and we will be calling them again you would be hard pressed to find a better house cleaning company in all of Las Vegas.

My dad buy beat down homes and we flip them. We hired the mayberry maids to clean them after the project is finish. And let me tell you. They are awesome. A++++ 💯! Two days ago I was promised world class professional cleaning. Two cleaning ladies didn't try to do good cleaning. They wanted to finish faster. I paid for 2 hours $140. Cleaners worked only 75 minutes. After they left I found a lot of missed spots and places. Ridiculous! I tried five other cleaning services, but they were all booked. This Mayberry's Maids wasn't booked at all. I know now why.

Scheduled to have my air ducts cleaned and they did an amazing job. The service tech, Marcus, called fifteen minutes before arrival right on time and was extremely courteous and professional. From start to finish, he was very thorough and ensured he had cleaned any debris that may have fallen. I would definitely call them again and am considering scheduling regular house cleaning with them.

Lesson learned. Read the reviews. Paid $270 to have my house cleaned. 3 hours later I go in and inspect after they are done and the house hasn't been cleaned. Not sure what they did for 3 hours. Told the company manager to come and inspect and he refused. Told him to refund my money and he refused. His solution was to send the cleaners back to address my concerns. So now I have to waste more of my time babysitting a couple cleaning ladies. They couldn't do it right the first time so I have to micro manage to make sure it gets done. Might as well do it myself. Save your self the time and headache avoid this company at all cost.

I recently moved and had to have the carpets cleaned throughout the entire house. We were quoted a reasonable price for the entire house and Julio did an awesome job cleaning the carpets. His customer service was amazing and I would definitely use them again and refer anyone I know looking for a carpet cleaner to these guys. A+ work, pricing, and customer service.

We recently had our house re-tiled. It created a HUGE mess! Boxes and furniture shoved in hallways, clothes in bathtubs, every surface covered with things that didn’t belong there which made cleaning our home very difficult.
The two wonderful women from Mayberry’s Maids did a very thorough job.
They had to climb over or move boxes, squeeze behind clothing racks and crawl around furniture that could not be moved. They made sure that all the floors and baseboards were spotless . Now are new floors are what we had hoped for when we started this anti-carpet project.

I have had Melissa from Mayberry's Maids for almost a year - and she and her team are first rate. Every time they come the apartment looks like a first-class hotel suite. They arrive on time, they remember details from previous visits, and they are pleasant and professional. I have had many maid services over my life (Cleveland, New York and Las Vegas) and they are the best!

Mayberry Maids offered a full move in cleaning and sold us on the fact that it would be a deep clean of the home, including walls, baseboards, and the basic needs of a normal house keeping. After speaking on the phone, they let us know 4 people would come based on the size of the home and it would cost about $450 based on the hourly rate. When they showed up, it was only 2 women and after a walk through, they then quoted us $650. It seemed steep considering they didn't bring 4 people, thus bringing the hourly rate higher. That should've been the first red flag.

Mind you, the house is entirely empty. We were really looking to getting the house cleaned, but after nearly 6 hours in house we walked through, and nothing was done. I took my hand and wiped it across the bathroom counter, and my hand was entirely covered in dust. The light switches were covered in dust, the baseboards, and they didn't even bother to vacuum. Again, the house is empty. We weren't expecting the world, but at the very minimum I expected SOME form of cleaning to be done especially at such a high rate.

I spoke to Gil and expressed my disappointment, he came by and even admitted to seeing that things were missed. But nonetheless, after expressing my disappointment, it seemed the 2 women had retaliated and then spilt soda all in my cabinets. They then turned my A/C down to 65 degrees and left all the doors open. They took my toilet paper, and hand soaps. It was extremely violating. Please do not use Mayberry Maids.

I ended up having to hire someone else to do their work. Honestly, I'm not picky about my cleaning, but for $650 I expected them to atleast vacuum. I do not know how to express that they genuinely did nothing. Do not use this company.

UPDATE: Owner responded to mine and my fiancé's reviews saying we're from a competitor. We have NO affiliation with Maid Right, we were just happy with their service AFTER the screw up the Mayberry did.

The lack of accountability that the owner has shows their integrity in their business or work to accuse PAYING customers of lying and giving the truth. I'll go ahead and attach the invoice Mayberry Maids had us sign with our names and my fiancé's initials and signature with the scope of work.

We have used Mayberry Maids for several years and very pleased with results each and every time. Claudia and Conswella did a great job today. Never been disappointed with the staff though....everyone is professional and caring! I feel comfortable and confident to recommend Mayberry Maids.

Mayberrys Maid's did an excellent job cleaning my house. I'm very happy with the way they did everything. I plan to call them again and again. I recommend them highly.

I usually don't leave reviews but felt like I had to after receiving excellent service from Alyssa and Consuelo. Not only did they do a great job with cleaning my apartment, but also went above and beyond. My washing machine broke while I was out and while they were cleaning. Water flooded my washing room and kitchen floor. They mopped up all of the water (which was a ton) and even stayed a little bit longer than what I paid them for. Can't thank them enough for how great of a job they did. I would highly recommend using Mayberry's Maids and want to give a huge shoutout to Consuelo and Alyssa.

I contacted Mayberry's Maids to have my house cleaned out. No one had lived in it for over 6 months and all of my wife's possessions including furniture were still in the house. Not to mention a stinky fridge. I live out of state and Gil was my contact. I looked at the options and prices he offered, compared them to 2 other companies and he was by far the best deal. They say you get what you pay for-so you would think the cleaning would be sub par. IT WAS NOT. They did an amazing job and it was a big job. I am so happy with Gil and Mayberry's Maids. I would recommend them to everyone.

The ladies.did an excellent job cleaning my home. They cleaned the ceiling fans and the baseboards without being asked to. Kitchen was spotless when they were through. Would recommend them if you are looking for good house cleaners

We hired Mayberry's Maids to do a move-out cleaning, including carpets. The person who did the scheduling was VERY accommodating and helpful, even though I was calling last-minute. The cleaners were fantastic at communicating with me. They gave me a call the day before and the day-of to make sure we were good with time, and they even arrived early. The cleaners were very kind and willing to add on a few extra things for me at the last minute that I needed cleaned. Later, when the carpet cleaners came they were SO helpful and kind. They even replaced some air filters for us because they saw that we were about to do it. Our house was so clean and the price was so reasonable. I rarely write reviews, but I was very happy with their services. This is my first time ever hiring cleaners, and I will definitely go with this company again.
