Was unable to get rust and battery acid stains out. But they warned me there was a chance of that on the telephone. Made marks with power washer being too close all over drive.

First Class Pressure Washing Services had the daunting task of cleaning our entire restaurant property - 2 dumpster enclosures, 2 patios, 2 entrances, a loading dock, and 2100 sq. ft. of concrete sidewalk.

They did an amazing job ! For a ten-year old property we looked good as new when they were finished. Not only that, but there wasn’t even a hint of overspray on any of our exterior walls. We will definitely we use them again for all of our restaurants, and we strongly recommend them to anyone that needs steam cleaning services !

Their schedule was on time, did good on cleaning the park sidewalk. Problem was they connected to my residence water line to get water without asking, I questioned them and they removed the hose connection. He told me that his company will pay me.

I had a great experience with them. I called needing my back yard pressure washed from years of wear and tear. Also, having big dogs caused my patio to look like a disaster. There was so much dirt, and it was a mess. There was also some stains from rust from our umbrella. I called and they came out the next day. They were on time, had a professional van, and uniforms. It was very professional. They did such a good job that you can't even tell where the stains were. The patio looks so clean, and my wife is happy to come outside now. I will be using them again to do my driveway soon.

Service was done for $145. And I gave them $200 for there work. it looked good when it was wet but when it dried the oil stain was not faded like I thought it was going to be.
