I had a great experience with tile Savers draining my pool (which was needed) and cleaning the tiles. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. I did have some timing issues, but no big deal. They’re very pleasant people to work with. I’ll probably see them again in a great years.

Initially upon contacting Tile Savers of Nevada, Office Manager, Yajaira was very pleasant, described the process and addressed all our questions/concerns. They were prompt for both our appointments (quote and work). Out technician Pablo arrived early, described the process and ensured both our pool's porcelain and glass tiles were meticulously cleaned! Prior to completing the job, Pablo asked us to inspect his work to ensure we were satisfied. Additionally, he ensured we understood what he had done and future techniques for maintenance.

I had a problem with another tile company's bad job, and they didn’t want to fix it. I called Tile Savers, and they had no problem fixing the other company's work. Pedro took his time and asked if there was anything better I wanted him to do and if I was happy halfway through the job. I already referred them to my neighbors

Dannette was excellent to work with. We had our pool re-plastered and wanted to have the tile cleaned rather then spending the money to have it re-tiled. We are very happy with our decision.
The tile looks new after 14 years. The process was stress free. The workmanship was excellent.
Shout out to Christian and Pedro who did the work. Both were outstanding. Christian took the time to speak with us about the process, and both worked hard to get the tile sparkling, while replacing some tile, and re-grouting some areas.
I would highly recommend them.

My pool hadn't been drained in 20 years and had a couple of rust spots coming through the plaster. After the acid wash, tile, and plaster repair, my pool looks like new. My pool man thought my pool "looks amazing now." He even asked for contact information to share with other clients. I would highly recommend Tile Savers of Nevada. It was a great experience!

I’ve used Tile Savers a couple times to clean my pool tile repair tile and to repair grout around my pool tile. Every time I’ve used them. Their technicians were awesome honest and trustworthy. an example of their honesty Is aprevious time I requested an acid wash and when the gentleman came out to walk my pool, he said in his opinion, no acid wash was needed and saved me the cost of the acid wash.

Jordan & Freddie came out this time I wasn’t home. They showed up on time. Notified me when they were on their way went over what needed to be done in case I had any questions and did a fantastic job with the work and cleanup of my pool and backyard. They called me when they were done to ask if I had any questions or concerns and even gave me their personal number in case I found anything when I came home which I didn’t. I can’t say enough about tile savers, and the two techs Jordan and Freddy that worked on my pool.

Very straightforward process from the quote to the execution of the cleaning. They cleaned our pool tile extremely well, as well as calcium deposits on the copper fountain. The office staff communicates well and is always trying to be helpful.

We hired Tile Savers to redo the tile in our old 1970s pool. The service was exceptional, installation seamless, and the tile looks gorgeous. Couldn’t be happier.

My pool had calcium deposit ring around the entire pool and spa. Looked awful!! I tried cleaning it myself but proved to be too much for me so I contacted Tile Savers of Nevada. They sent someone out the very next day for an estimate. The quote was very reasonable and I scheduled an appointment. The worked performed by Jordan and Fredde was professional and very efficient. They were courteous and took the time to explain the process. The tiles are calcium free and look great!! Would highly recommend Tile Savers.

We had an old pool in Boulder City that needed to be redone and they did a great job on the tile. The pool/spa had not been in used in many years and there was so much hard water build up we thought the tile might be ruined and need to be replaced. It looked awful. Tile Savers was very professional and organized.
Very reasonable price. They coordinated everything with the pool company. I didn't have to do anything. Just showed up and it was all done and beautiful! Highly recommend.
