Silvia was very through. Did a great job!

They did a fine job cleaning the existing tiles. They even did a fine job installing new tiles; however, upon cleanup time, they did not clean out the (empty) pool and they left the main (center) drain askew. I cannot fix it and my regular pool guy cannot fix it. I have left many messages (called 3 times) and even spoke with a representative of the company about the situation. As of today--6 days since the project was finished--NO ONE has gotten back to me about fixing the drain. Very disappointing.

Tile Savers removed my old brown tiles in my swimming pool. Then they installed this beautiful cobalt blue tiles. Next they acid washed my pool. Upon completion my pool looked better than new. Technician was very thorough and the finished product looks great. Missed a couple of little spots but there was a lot to accomplish. Very pleased.

This is the second time I have used Tile Savers in the last few years. Each time they have been very responsive and did an excellent job cleaning the calcium buildup on the tile and rocks around my salt water pool.
When the crew was through, they asked me if there was anything else I wanted done (they had drained my pool per my request, blasted the tile and rock surround clean, cleaned up any debris on the floor of my pool) and also pointed out one of the rock faces had split and was about to detach. Most professional and friendly.
The attached photos show the finished job. Highly recommend.

Our pool had all black tiles that were dreadfully stained by our wonderful water here in Las Vegas. We also had an exterior wall of the pool was losing tiles due to shoddy installation . Danette and her crew gave me a fair price and did an Excellent job replacing broken tiles and cleaning all the tiles. The pool looks like new and we were thrilled with their professionalism and kindness. I will always call them when I need pool work.

Tile Savers was recommended to us by Desert Springs Pools, as we were having our pool drained and refilled, and they would assist with coordination of tile cleaning if we chose. We received an estimate, and Desert Springs coordinated the service as expected. Roger, the technician came out when promised. I noticed after he left that a couple of tiles around my spa overflow still looked unfinished, and I sent follow up pictures to the company. Turns out Roger was already on it, had advised his company of the same, and let us know that the calcium was so bad that the bead cleaning was taking off the tile glaze. He found replacement tiles for us, but we also had left over tiles, and he repaired and replaced the effected tiles, at no additional cost. Roger was great to work with, and very professional.

We had our tile sand blasted and repaired before resurfacing our pool. The owner herself came out to give the quote and was very professional and responsive. She fit us into the schedule as soon as possible and was very accommodating. The crew showed up on time and got the job done in a very reasonable time. We would use Tile Savers again and recommend to friends. Our tile looks brand new!

Everyone from Danette to Ricky did a great job. We are very very pleased with how it turned out. We had a lot of precipitate on the wall below a waterfall and they were able to clean it all off and it looks like new.

Tim came by at the time he said he would for a quote to replace the tile in our pool. The quote was most fair compared to some others. They sent me an itinerary of work and the techs followed it to a T. The work was great, no hiccups right on to acid washing. Thank you for great service and excellent work.
