I don’t know if this was all a joke or not! Do not get fooled by these “good reviews” like I did. I literally just threw $400 in the trash for 2 women to spend 45 minutes making one bed and slowly walking around my home, checking their cell phones and milking 4 hours and 30 mins. I have cameras in my home so the footage is there… 45 minutes making ONE bed. Didn’t clean my bathtub & toilets and did not dust one thing. They told me they do baseboards, not one baseboard was touched. I honestly am at a loss of words from this experience. I know there are people out there that have high expectations and are mad at the world and just want to be mad and make negative reviews, I can assure you I am not one of those people. I truly want to make sure this company never has business ever again because what I experienced was so unreal!
To top it all off they offered to send them back! To “clean” the areas they missed. This entire experience is unreal! I declined and they took a whopping $30 off of my $450 bill to have two women spend 45 minutes making one bed and the rest walking like sloths around my house. Shame on you guys.

They come over at 9:18 am ( Two 70 year old women), all I wanted them to do was sweep and mop and clean one bathroom. They left at 10:21 and i got charged for 2 hours 250$ and they threw the mop water on my driveway as they left.. they missed a lot of spots were chatting for the last 20 mins to run the clock over an hour, I called had time stamped photos of the arrival and departure and photos of the drive way the manager argued with me for 10 mins I said its not worth arguing and went to post this review. I do not recommend they over charge and under clean.

Claudia and Maria cleaned our home. We had an excellent experience with them. I hired them for a one time job. If I need cleaners again in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Molly Maid and ask for Claudia and Maria again. They were exceptional! We have loved using Molly Maid, Henderson. My husband and I both say it’s the best money we ever spent. They do a fantastic job, thoroughly clean the entire house, even washing some dishes we didn’t get to. They are so pleasant and kind and we always made sure to leave a tip for all their hard work. Would recommend!

Maria and the other lady did a GREAT job. I do apologize for not getting her name. I was VERY satisfied with the job they did. From the dusting to the cleaning of the floors bathrooms kitchen. Also, for the time it took for everything that needed to be done was Great. I would highly recommend them as well as this service. Thank You.

The two ladies that arrived were friendly and efficient. They went right to work and didn't stop until they were finished. They did a fantastic job. My bathrooms sparkle . My kitchen cabinets and appliances are free of grease and grime.
Will certainly use Molly Maids again..

I had a really good experience. Claudia and her assistant were very thorough. I had to move from an apartment to a house and I still had boxes in my house. They helped me pack what was left. They went above and beyond the call of duty in a matter of four hours. They helped me pack and cleaned that apartment from top to bottom. They cleaned my refrigerator, inside the cabinets and they even cleaned my windows! I am so happy with them and how thorough they are.. I will definitely hire them in the future. Thank you so much for making things run smooth for me. You really went above and beyond..

10/10, 5 star service. Molly Maid performed a move-out cleaning for us and the house is now in better condition than when we moved into it. Great job and would absolutely recommend using Molly Maid.

Worst customer service experience EVER!!! I requested an estimate, took an entire day off work for the appointment, and they never showed up. Fine, things happen—so I called to reschedule for the following day. I made another appointment, and guess what? They didn’t show up AGAIN!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn everyone. Be very careful with this Molly Maids. It wasn’t just anyone who missed the appointments—it was the managers themselves! We specifically communicated with the manager to set an exact time for the following day. Then, while I was in an appointment with another maid service, she tries to call last-minute to say she couldn't make the time we agreed on! Unbelievable!

First off, the ladies did their best but are obviously over worked one commented that she had 4 houses to clean. They did a good job upstairs but did not touch anything downstairs see pictures for examples I would be careful when using this service too they tried to up charge after a price range was already agreed on they wanted 2.5 extra hours to empty fridge and pantry. If they were reasonable, I would say that's fair, but 2.5 extra hours? No that's abusive towards your customers.

The fact that they charged the full price but only cleaned the upstairs and didn't touch down stairs. This company will take advantage of you. I will be contacting my bank and a lawyer for this fraud. If they only charged me for what they did and said they couldn't finish i would be happy but no they decided to take advantage of someone and charge max price for half of the work. Not today.

would not recommend. customer service is no help we had concerns about our oven not getting cleaned. They sent the maids back to clean it. It still wasn’t clean so my husband went over there to look at it and all he did was wipe it with a Clorox wipe and clean it and the lady kept saying that they sprayed oven cleaner and it wouldn’t get clean and all we used was a Clorox wipe $479 later we couldn’t get a clean oven and we didn’t read the fine print to know that they only use an extendable fan so our fans were not clean either.

Arrived on time. Friendly, fast and efficient. Will definitely use again.

Anna and Victoria are THE BEST…. Hands down! 🏆💐🏆💐🏆! I haven’t been using house cleaners for very long but I’ve tried several and never rescheduled with any of them. These two girls I hope never go away because not only do they clean my home like I do but I feel like I could trust them to be in my home even if I wasn’t! It was nice to get so much of my home in order and dusted/cleaned & floors mopped with a Lemon scent !

The women who cleaned our office were awesome. Great attitudes and took care of everything I needed done.

Molly Maid is a bit more expensive than some other cleaning services but I have found that they are worth it . I like that they come in teams, the same each time so they know my house. They are friendly, efficient and do an excellent job. The office is understanding and helpful. working with me to adjust times and schedules as needed.

The service was great. They did a great job. Showed up early and very reasonable price.

The first time Molly Maids came to my house it was spotless. This time they did not exceed my expectations, not even close. They also talked crap about our house in Spanish.

My place was really dusty but not very dirty. Asked for a price limit. They exceed price limit by nearly 1/3 of the price! It was a one time clean. After they left dust behind the first thing I picked up. Overall they didn’t pick an okay job. Not worth the money or stress of being lied to about price limit.
