The team of girls they always send me that Molly made are very good for me. Two times I needed some organization with my beauty products and many organize it. Clean the counter and then I asked them to not throw anything out and they are good lessons and make dust well.

Love it so much. I was so impressed with their cleaning. They somehow managed to complete a very detailed cleaning of my house in under 3 hours. The only drawback was the company estimated to do the job right they would need 5 hours and since they charge per hour that was more than we expected but they did such an outstanding job in the amount of time in the 3 hour window.. I didn't want a deep cleaning just a basic but what the did was simply amazing....Thank you so much I was so grateful. I would definely recommend them for a new move in cleaning. I wish we had called them 4 years ago!!!! Our home looks brand new

I got a quote of $160 to 260$ for my 1 bed 1 bath, 1300 square feet apartment. It is just myself, no pets or other people. Somehow they came up with $333 for cleaning my place. Don't get me wrong the place is spotless and they did a great job. Just a bit more than I was expecting to pay.

I’ve had the same team clean my house for over 3 years and they are amazing! They clean very well and efficiently! They’re always so nice and friendly too so i enjoy having them in my house. Their attention to detail is much appreciated! My house is too big for me to get to the deeper cleaning consistently and they do such a great job!

I chose Molly Maid because of their long-standing reputation in the industry. I often see their cars around town and appreciate that their staff wear uniforms, so I expected a professional experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

When I scheduled my appointment, the representative gave me an estimate with a price range. Even though the higher end was over $100 more than the lower end, I was still happy to proceed. The cleaners arrived around 2:45 PM, did a quick walk-through of my two-bedroom apartment, and then began cleaning.

When they finished later that evening, I asked them to charge the card on file. The next day, I discovered they had charged $120 more than the high end of the estimate—without any notice or explanation. If they believed the job warranted such an increase, that should have been communicated during the initial walk-through. Charging my card that much above the quoted price without approval says a lot about how this business operates.

I emailed my concerns to the office but received no response.

As for the cleaning itself—it was just okay. The kitchen counters still had food debris (left by the previous tenant), and the tile floors were far from clean. The next day, I accidentally spilled some water, wiped it up with a paper towel, and was shocked to see how dirty it was—the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I noticed the team used a Bona mop with reusable pads, which don’t have much scrubbing power. My guess is they reused the same pads and just pushed the dirt around. After re-mopping the floors myself with a Swiffer, it was obvious the job hadn’t been done thoroughly.

I don’t wear shoes indoors, so the dirt wasn’t from me—it simply wasn’t cleaned. I’ve had professional cleaning services every two weeks for years, and this was by far my worst experience.

I would not recommend Molly Maid to anyone.

I had Molly Maids do a first time cleaning 4 weeks ago, and was very pleased. Today was my 2nd cleaning and once again, they did an excellent job. Both times, the ladies they have sent have been pleasant, hard working, and thorough, without seeming frantically rushed as I've had with another service. Both times their estimates have been accurate and the crew has arrived within their predicted window.
I look forward to continuing to use them in the future.

The maids come in a 4 person team. They are all very nice and efficient, made our home clean very fast. Would recommend!

Lucy and her team are FABULOUS! They go above and beyond what I ask them to do, finding places to clean that don't even cross my mind. They come bi-weekly and my house has been so much nicer and easier to keep up with their help!
