My apartment was not ready for thorough cleaning but the ladies helped me bag up what was left and were very efficient. They did a great job and even helped me with taking some boxes to the trash!! I highly recommend, it was easy to schedule and reasonable prices for the work that was done.

My rental property is 7 bedrooms and 4 full baths and my house was spotless! The price beat every other cleaning service on Yelp as well. The cleaning crew was on time and very professional. I was so impressed with their service I am going to have my rental cleaned every 3 months for my tenants. I just can't beat the price to make my tenants happy and to maintain my property! Highly recommend!

Hired Pristine cleaning service for move out of rental and were very impressed with the work performed. The rental was cleaned thoroughly and would recommend their services to anyone expecting a great job. The cleaning staff were courteous, prompt and professional. We also used their carpet cleaning service and I also recommend them as they were also courteous, prompt and professional.

I booked Preston’s Cleaning and they were wonderful! They did a wonderful job, the were on time, and the were professional throughout the process.

In February we let go of our regular house cleaning services because they started to slack. I researched and asked around about other house cleaning companies for a month. Finally a colleague recommended Pristine Cleaning. The first thing I did was read as many reviews as I could. I recently moved out of my apartment and was way too lazy to clean before our inspection. I was recommended Pristine through a friend who has them clean her house on a regular basis. They did such an amazing job at a rate cheaper than the other places I called and got quotes from. They had three ladies come out at once so that the job was done very quickly, which means less money out of my pocket, yay! I plan on having them come clean my new house on a regular basis because of how great of a job they did on my move out and at my friend's home.

I tried out Pristine Cleaning for the first time a few days before my in-laws came for a visit and I was very impressed! The cleaning crew was super efficient, friendly, and professional. They were even able to remove some scuffs on our walls and baked-on grime from our microwave that I had trouble with! I whole-heatedly recommend this company.

I hired Pristine to do a deep clean on my daughter's house. She was coming home with her baby and I wanted the house to be perfect. I booked the service from New Orleans over the phone. It was a great experience from my 1st call to the finish. The two ladies that came did an amazing job. They where on time and they did a first class job. I will be using their service again. I can not reccomend them enough. The look on my daughter's face when she came home to a clean house was worth every penny. Also I was impressed by how reasonable their rates are. Do yourself a favor and hire them.

Pristine Cleaning was referred to me by a friend after other cleaning services I contacted were either non-responsive or had unaccommodating scheduling, and I could not be happier with work performed. I ordered a move in/out clean online, which was very simple, and called with follow-up questions which were succinctly answered by Pristine’s representative.

Although I was in a different state at the time of the cleaning, Pristine kept in touch with myself and my Real Estate agent throughout the process with pre and post communications regarding the service. Overall, Pristine’s flexible availability, thoroughness of work completed, and reasonable pricing can’t be beat. Would recommend to anyone seeking any variety of cleaning services and will likely use the company again in the future.

Never do business with this company. Selling my house, so I moved out, cross country and scheduled their carpet cleaners to come a couple days after I had left. My realtor showed up two days later on the morning of the open house to report to my surprise that the carpet cleaners never showed up, which he proved to me with photos. He had to go home, get his own vacuum and clean quickly for the open house in an hour. Called Pristine at multiple numbers with no answer, left voicemails and have never heard back. Besides me, my realtor was pissed and will be letting his colleagues know about Pristine. Stay away.

I used Pristine Cleaning for a move-out cleaning. The quality of the work was poor. There was still dirt and marks on all the floors that would have easily come off if the floor was mopped. It clearly was not. I had left my vacuum at the house to use if I needed to after the cleaners left. When I went back the next day, my vacuum was gone. I have called 5 times since this happened and have had zero response from the company. I've left several messages, sent pictures of the floors and their poor cleaning quality, and spoke with the same representative twice, and they have not followed through. I would strongly recommend using a more trustworthy company.

I have mixed reviews as far as this company is concerned yet I still have to give them a one star. The move out service I received was great. The ladies that did that work did everything they were supposed to and I was and am very pleased.

HOWEVER, I also scheduled a carpet cleaning service for the same day and the day of the cleaning they texted me and told me that the truck overheated and needed to be done the following day which I said was ok.

The following day I messaged and called and got no response. I paid for this carpet service and this company is essentially avoiding me and not doing the job I paid to have done.

Use this company at your own risk.

Yenni and Yasmine arrived early. They worked well as a team. They quietly went about making my home sparkle and I am very happy with their service. I can keep up on things but as I’ve gotten older i don’t climb and bend and scrub like I used to be able to do. I will be using this service every season now. Thank you so much for your hard work. They have done a wonderful job of cleaning our house. t and a counter in the bath. Other than that they did a great jobhe last cleaning they missed one mirror
