The ladies did amazing. They came in and thoroughly cleaned all high touch surfaces and then did the rest of the house. They always pay close attention to every detail.

My home is always a challenge and I am always happy to come home after Merry Maids have finished cleaning......no complaints and everything is perfect!!

The young lady's are respectable and honest. Our house has small breakable things and they treat them as if it was their own. Will not have anyone else in the home.

Horrible service. We just got into a house and wanted to have it cleaned before we moved in, so it was completely empty. I just wanted to have more of the deep things done like light switches, baseboards, windows and kitchen nothing else. When they came out and quoted us they said that they could do all of it and that they would send the crew. They were here for 4-5 hours and when we got back the house looked like nothing had been done. Light switches had been missed the baseboards not done kitchen still looked dirty. I was not impressed at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY or go with a different company!

Your workers are always polite, they listen, and I can depend on them even when I am not in residence. They alert me to any problems they find, and always lock and reset our alarm system.

Terrible cleaning company. Today is the third time they came to clean my house and the third time I have called to complain. Was told by Cordell the manager they would do better the next time but that's all they could do regardless of the fact they failed to meet the obligations of the contract the first three times. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. You would be better off to hire immigrants.

Quick & Easy. Detail oriented. I always feel like things are deep cleaned. Everything looks great and smells good. Well worth the money. Makes me very happy to come home to a clean space!

We are moving and have a decent home in a decent neighborhood. The lady that came by to give us an estimate was very nice and on time but must of thought we were rich or stupid...we are nether. We had an other estimate the day before that came in at around $150 so we were looking for prices in that ballpark. Most of our home is packed and moved. We had the inside painted less then a week before and a quarter of its blocked of because of new flooring. The cleaning square footage is roughly 1500 square feet and her estimate was crazy!! She wanted over $400 for the first clean and $200 for biweekly cleaning! We thought this was outrageous and wanted to let other people know so they dont get ripped off. They are new in my house so they are learning how we like things. It is just my husband and me and we never have the 2 extra bedrooms cleaned except occasionally and my house really never get dirty. But they do an excellent job. Merry Maids is the best cleaning business in town!

my range was not cleaned to my satisfaction. the two panels which cover the burners were not taken up. The following morning when i noticed this, i removed the panels discovering standing dirty water. I cleaned the water up myself. Also i discovered red splatters on one of my lower kitchen cabinets. i was unable to properly clean these spots. Sheila call me at your convenience...

House always looks good after merry maids finish. Ladies are always courteous and friendly. If there is an issue it gets corrected immediately.
They also understand that the dog can't get out the front door, so we don'tworry whenthey are there . Plus our dog likes them.

Merry Maids are always cordial. They arrive on time. They are interested in any areas needing special attention. If something breaks, they fix it or replace it. I trust them to take care of my house

Sheila, the owner, is awesome! She always makes sure we are well taken care of. We have had her Merry Maids for 20 years now. My sister also used them and when my parents were here they used them as well. They are more expensive than hiring "some lady that comes every week" because they are licensed, bonded, insured...and reliable. This is a company you can trust. I gave them a key 20 years ago, they come while I am at work, and I have NEVER had an issue with anything being missing. Every once in a while something breaks, just as it would if I were cleaning, but then Sheila calls to find out how can she take care of it, replacing, etc. I can 100% recommend this Merry Maids for professional people that do not have time to clean their own house.

The Merry Maids have earned their reputation. On special tough projects I’ve actually had Sheila and other office staff come to my house to make sure everything is fine. It always is. And the price is right.
