We have had Benita and her wonderful crew cleaning our home for about 15 years now. They are thorough, efficient and will listen to any special directions ( we have animals that cannot go outside! Need tight door security). They are bonded and insured so I do not have to be in the home when they are here. I feel secure and safe knowing that they are in my home with or without us. Her rates are very reasonable compared to other agencies that I originally looked into. I give her my highest rating.

The work on 9293 Hosner St was not good. She was there for 10 hours and hurried through the bottom two floors. We had to come in and clean after her.
The two ladies that cleaned 9342 Autumn View Ave. Did a great job with the exception they did not vacuum the stairs, which I told him I specifically needed done. Other than that, the house look great.
I would give two stars for the Hosner house and four for autumn view. I’m giving an overall four because Jacqueline did give us a discount on the Hosner house as well as a $20 credit on Autumn View.

Rosy the maid was friendly, but the phone rep at Archie Clean LLC was rude and confrontational. Scheduling was stressful, and they even offered to cancel while the maid was already there. I usually love Groupon, but this was bizarre and disappointing.

I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services besides Archie. At first, things looked promising—the supervisor even came out after the first visit, noticed what the team had missed, and had them return to fix it. That level of accountability gave us some hope. Unfortunately, it went downhill fast. On the following visits, the quality noticeably dropped. Basic areas were overlooked, and it felt like the effort just wasn’t there anymore. We had multiple conversations about things being missed, yet somehow they missed even more the next time around. Then came the kicker—they tried to charge us extra, claiming they needed more time to do the job right. At that point, it felt less like a service and more like a hustle. Save yourself the frustration—grab a mop, or hire someone who actually takes pride in their work.

I've been using Archie Clean's subscription cleaning service for a few months now, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed! Each visit has been consistent and reliable, which is exactly what I need with my busy schedule.

The team is always punctual and brings a level of professionalism that's truly commendable. I appreciate that they use eco-friendly products, especially since I have pets and prefer to keep chemicals to a minimum in my home.
