Pretty good. Just miss a few details, like cleaning under couches. Also, lamps and mirror cleaning could be a little improved.

They did a good job for what they did but we'd asked them to clean inside the cabinets and that was not done

Terrible house cleaners. My house looks like they cleaned it with a rock and some cat litter. They did not do anything that was on our contract except they did take our check. Would not recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Respectable job of standard cleaning for 3 bathrooms. The only issue is that I gave specific instructions to prioritize getting the stains out of the toilets.

Have had the service for 6 months now and it's the best money I ever spent. The ladies are prompt, courteous, professional and my place literally sparkles when they are done.

Very good I have used this service for over a year now - do wish I had the same team coming every time they clean but overall very happy with the service, they are very thorough and it is so nice to come home to a clean house especially since I go to school and work full time! Thanks

Merry Maids are punctual and detailed with their cleaning. The appointment process is easy and friendly. I will definitely recommend their service. I will continue to be a customer.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this service. They have done a horrible job each time they came to clean the house. We even called to complain and asked them to fix the problem the next time. Still with nothing fixed, each time the cleaning service was worse than before. There were spots and streaks, dust left on everything, the ceiling fans were filthy, there were crumbs left on the counter, soap smudges along the counter, sinks dirty, tubs not even sanitized, nothing moved on the counters, microwave not cleaned (even on the outside), stove spotty, just the bare minimum that's stated in the contract was not cleaned..at all. The last and final thing- the toilets- each time they seemed to skip them! How can you skip a toilet- that's the main reason we hired a maid service- to do the cleaning you don't want to do all the time. We paid for a service and that service wasn't rendered. I am so disappointed I will not be recommending this company to anyone!

We called a lot of maid companies to get prices on cleaning our house. They all gave us price but only Merry Maids gave us an education on having people in our house. It is so nice to deal with professional company. Price isn’t everything!!!

Had a quote which merry maids walked thru my home to go over details of what I needed, specifics were wiping down doors, wiping shutters and trim, wipe baseboards, dust ceiling fans and dust banister along with the usual cleaning of the home. Merry maids kept sayin during the walkthru that they use microfiber towels and he wrote all of my requests on order and then quoted upwards of 300$ so I was very disappointed when 3 crew members were at my home and I had to remind them of baseboards and the shutters and ceiling fans. Downstairs I was in sight but Disappointed that once out of sight and maids upstairs the doors were not wiped down, banister-stairwell forgotten and cleaning fans not dusted nor the shutters wiped down. Waste of $300+ for first visit. However I was impressed with the vacuuming as my carpets looked like new again.
At the end of the cleaning the crew asked that I take a look at the job before they left. I went upstairs and was able to just start reviewing job and the male crew member approached me to tell me they had to leave. I had no opportunity to inspect. Was rude.

Love my Merry Maids team! Always on schedule as well as flexible if needs change. Exceptional customer service and trust this company in my home. Best day of a long work week is "Merry Maids cleaning day". 🤗
