My family has been using Merry Maids for over 9 years and are completely - and happily - satisfied with their services. Our home is nearly 4,000 sf so there’s a lot to accomplish but the staff is efficient and thorough and leaves the house immaculate when they’ve finished. Our stove is usually a disaster by our cleaning date (they clean once a month) but when they’re finished with it, our stove sparkles. In fact I usually plan my messy stovetop cooking a couple of days prior to our scheduled cleaning because I know I won’t have to clean it!

There have been numerous occasions when we’ve had to reschedule our standing appointment and every time, without exception, they have accommodated us and made sure that at least one of the cleaning staff is familiar with our home and knows all of our specific requirements. And let’s talk about the employees: everyone from the office down to the cleaning staff is professional, courteous, and honest, all traits one hopes for in those that are allowed access to our home and lives. All in all, a company I am happy with and pleased to recommend to all.

The maids did a thorough job with their cleaning. My home sparkles like a diamond, and smells wonderful. They are all very polite and personable. I have NO complaints at all. A wonderful service!

Every staff person was polite, timely and thorough. The team of 3 ladies did a fabulous job in my sister's condo...much better than the other move-in cleaning that was done - not by Merry Maids. They were friendly but efficient in their job. We will have them again!

We have employed several housekeeping services over the years. We’ve used Merry Maids of Las Vegas for over six years. We recommend them highly and without reservation. Their employees are always punctual and unfailingly friendly - but most importantly, are the best cleaners on the planet. I've benefited from the work of the Team Merry Maid and their services has proved, week after week, professional, flexible and always high-level. Top team, I highly recommended their work. Even when once over that period, there was a mistake with the cleaning of my oven, they came back and fixed it perfectly. Truly great team.

The team does a fabulous job of cleaning my 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a dog. They are super nice and very pleasant. I always appreciate it when they're here and even more so when they leave and I have a clean home. Thank you for helping me maintain my sanity with cleanliness.

I love the maid service. The 3 women who cleaned my 1450 ft² condo were very professional and very good at what they do. My complaint is in the pricing. My initial estimate took quite a while and I understand why because the price was so high it was exorbitant IMO, realizing everything is relative. You would have thought that I had a 5000 ft² home. But then I was able to do an hourly rate which was still steep, but more doable. Having said that I was happy with the way my place looked and they did a very good job.

Cleaning, window washing, house minding, etc,etc... We have been using Merry Maids for over ten years now and we wouldn't change a thing. That is saying something because at our other houses we have never found any team comparable to Sheila's team. The service is impeccable and as we travel extensively, having their team watch the house, clean, forward mail and help with any urgent issues is invaluable. Their employees are not only reliable but have gotten to know our priorities and don't have to be told what to do over and over again. We couldn't be more satisfied with the first rate service they deliver.

I've enjoyed being a client for this Merry Maids branch for at least fifteen years. They are wonderfully efficient, caring, professional, and amiable folks, with their staff very, very well trained. My two homes the Merry Maids have maintained are semi-complex challenges, with very large collections of books, instruments and sound gear, some antiques, Oriental rugs, like that, and Merry Maids have been consistently excellent on all fronts, keeping the house in pristine condition. I especially like their rotating "deep-cleaning" rooms procedure and their communicative efforts.

They are awesome. The ladies they sent could not have been nicer. Did such detail work I was just amazed.

I have been with Merry Maids for 18 years. I am extremely happy with the service I receive. Sheila and my cleaning ladies have become like family to me. Very accommodating very professional and caring. I would recommend them!!!!! Merry Maids also cleaned for my Dad for over 12 years.

The staff was late …. By 2-3 hours. I understand things come up but i got no phone call regarding the late start it would be at all. I shouldn’t have to call about that .
Kitchen looked great however my stove top was not cleaned properly, there’s still dried up
food on it.
Some of the fixtures in the restroom and bedroom had a layer of dust on them and i ended up having to go back and clean those , shouldn’t have had to do that at all.
Felt rushed …. there should’ve been some sort of accommodation for being super late with no notification.
Staff was professional but the cleaning could’ve been better in certain aspects .
Frustrating to have to go back and clean up after a company was paid to do it.
Unsure of future bookings .

Having had Merry Maids over 20 years ago I knew that the quality and attention to detail would be evident. And Sheila was still with the company! When we opened the front door after the first cleaning I breathed in that Merry Maids clean smell and felt better than I had in months. Thank you Sheila and crew!

I had an appointment for an estimate on monthly cleanings today and they were no call, no show. I didn't get the date or time wrong. She said this Sunday at noon. I interrupted my plans for this appointment just to be stood up. Awesome.

I initially chose Merry Maids due to their proximity. I have a family RV that I rent out and I thought finding someone to clean this 28' class C would be difficult. Luckily, Sheila was able to give me a FAIR price. Once the job was done, I believe the quality of work her and her team did definitely could earn them higher rates. I'm excited to use them next for our home!

The team members and staff I worked with to book my appointment are amazing. The two team members who came to my home were absolutely the best! They cleaned everything so thoroughly and checked in with me along the way. They were so pleasant and professional. My home was exactly how I like it. They were able to book me quickly on short notice. I really feel like they partner with you to help you make life easier!! I am completely satisfied with the company and the team members!
