I called with a short time frame to have our condo cleaned for a new tenant. These ladies rocked! Great service, great follow up and reliable. Thank you for coming through for us.

I have used them many times for rental clean outs and also for properties before they are listed to sell. They all have been great experiences. Our clients are always happy of the end result, and the pricing. I will always recommend The Maids to any of my friends or clients!!

The owner I’m assuming was very weird. Because I didn’t answer his call( I work nights so I sleep during the day) he just randomly showed up at my house. I schedule the $0 dollar core cleaning which was suppose to be free. Than a charge every week after. He creeped my mom out so much that I ended up just booking her a new maid service.

Edit: apparently THE MAID has two different owners. This issue was with the sunset location.

I chose the right maid service. This was my first time calling housekeeping over, and everything was perfect. I believe their rate is reasonable. They finished under the estimated time and didn't overcharge . Booking was convenient and swift . The four ladies who came were pleasant. I will call again.

I initially hired The Maids for a move out clean on my rental property. Norma and her crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and completed the job in less time than initially quoted. They only charged for the time they were there. Their work was so good that I also hired them to clean my own home. The staff is professional, courteous, and have a good attention to detail. I will definitely hire The Maids again and they will be at the top of my referral list.

I called to get a home cleaned for a client. I even called and had to reschedule. They were super accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with! Plus the house was spotless! I am definitely going to be using them again!

Hello Nikki, I wanted to write you to say that I had to clean for two hours after your cleaners left. I also sent a text message to your number and received no response. I am disappointed with the work performed by Pristine Cleaning. Notable issues include poor baseboard cleaning, missed cleaning around door frames, missed window cleaning, missed cabinet fronts, missed drawers, missed spots on vinyl flooring, and some remaining cob webs and dirt around doors and in corners. This was a move out cleaning and my expectation was for a very thorough cleaning job and it just didn't happen. Multiple attempts were nade to communicate with the cleaners to show them missed items but there was a language barrier and I shouldnt have to babysit "professional" cleaners to point out missed items in every room they attempt to clean. I will not use your services in the future or recommend to other military in the area who move in and out on a frequent basis.

The ladies came on time and started from the back of the Houston to the front. They work hard fast and were very efficient. Bathrooms, floors, windows, kitchen, dusting, even taking out the trash.
I had this done for my brother while he was out of town and he came back to day and when he called me he was so impressed.

The first time they came, they did an amazing job except they said they could not go on my balcony to clean a table. Second time they came, they did not empty dishwasher and threw the clothes on my bed in a pile on the closet floor. The last group folded them. I found throwing them on a pile on the floor unacceptable.

Terrible and ridiculous. I paid for 4.5 hours of deep cleaning and told them specifically what I needed done. They put dirty dishes away in the cupboard which left food residue on my shelves that I had to clean. I had to clean up after the maids! They made my bed with dirty sheets. Only did half of what I asked and left an hour early! When I told them I was not happy they said they will note this for future cleanings. This is basic stuff! Very disappointed. Still waiting to hear back from a supervisor.

I love walking into my house after Pristine Cleaning has completed their services. My home smells great and looks amazing. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

After reading several positive reviews, we decided to switch over to Pristine. Every time we call them to clean our home, the team comes in time and does an excellent cleaning job. If you are looking for a house cleaning company in Las Vegas, you know who to call!

Everything that can be wrong with a business is represented by Pristine House Cleaning! And don't dare give them your credit card -- you will be charged non-stop for future months even though they have not provided any service. Try and reach them? Impossible, almost deliberately hiding behind fraudulent business practices. Try ANY OTHER cleaning service and you will come out ahead. 1 Star is only because you cannot leave a ZERO that they deserve.

These guys are partnered with Supreme Empire, a company who does many things, one of them helping with hoarding cleaning. I informed Pristine over the phone what to expect when cleaning the house. They were also informed of the conditions by the owner of Supreme Empire. They said that they were fine with the conditions. It's extremely difficult for someone to reach out for help about something as severe as hoarding, partially because of embarrassment and partially because of finances. When the two magically align so that you can reach out for help, you are incredibly vulnerable showing someone the results of your terrible mental health. But with these guys, don't bother. They lack the sensitivity and kindness to help you. They came to my house and refused to clean it. To even make matters worse, the workers YENNY and YESSICA lied TO MY FACE about it, saying they were going to come back the next day (just to get out of the house...I would never have been a horrible person to yell at them or keep them in the house because of something their boss informed them to do) while at the exact same moment I received a text message from the company saying they were refusing to clean. Because they charged me for the interaction before the service, I didn't have the money to hire someone else while waiting for the refund. They lie about the services they are willing to give, and do not refund the money quickly. Please, if you are a hoarder in need of help, do not reach out to these guys. They don't deserve your business. And Supreme Empire is too good of a company to be partnered with this scum.

P.S. I know that they are not a deep cleaning company specifically for hoarders. The only reason I considered using them was because of the recommendation from a company that does help hoarders.

Team showed an hour after my call! I figured it was just to quote and then schedule. Not the case. They said we'll be back after a Home Depot trip and got started. The guys told me it would take 3-4 hours and we agreed on price. Unfortunately the job was a bit more difficult than first thought and ended up taking almost 7 hours. I was a bit worried throughout the process that they wouldn't honor the original quote. Didn't happen they honored the quote and all looks good. Did I mention they worked in the HOT HEAT! Would definitely hire them again.

I did a move out clean and completed the walk-through with my landlord today. They even made a comment on how well cleaned it was. The walls, appliances, floors, and bathrooms looked like when I had initially moved in and i'm really glad of that because now I get my deposit back! Very well done

Dolores & Itza did an amazing job on my move-out cleaning service. Every inch of my house looks sparkly clean to include appliances, cupboards, bathrooms, etc look amazing!
