Disappointed After Years of Loyalty

I used Purilly Window Cleaning for over two years and was initially thrilled with their service. They were reliable, professional, and easy to work with — everything you’d want in a local business. Unfortunately, that consistency has completely unraveled.

Recently, I tried to reschedule a service and left over five voicemails and four text messages. No response. No acknowledgment. It took more than four business days before someone finally picked up the phone. The excuse? They were “out of town.” That’s fine — but how are customers supposed to know that if there’s zero communication? No auto-reply, no voicemail update, no courtesy message. Just silence.

When I finally requested to cancel, I was met with no apology, no concern for the experience — just a threat that rates would go up if I ever wanted to reinstate service. That kind of response after years of loyalty? Just horrible.

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this was a disappointing and avoidable breakdown in customer service. If you’re considering Purilly, be aware: they may start strong, but don’t count on them to stay responsive or professional when it matters most.

I just had my windows cleaned by Logan, Ali, and Jared from Purilly Window Cleaning, and I am beyond impressed! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. My windows have never looked this good—it's like they're not even there! Logan was fantastic with communication, keeping me updated throughout the process, and Ali and Jared worked so efficiently while still paying attention to every detail.

Purilly was out today to clean our windows. We have been using the service for 2 years and each time the young men that clean our windows are super courteous and respectful! Amazing! Today we had Logan, Jacob, and Jeremiah! Thank you young men for the great job! Next time I will arrange for inside as well but today just wasn't the day!

We have used Purilly for the past 2 years for our 2-story house that has A LOT of large, high windows. They always do a great job, they’re efficient, and we’ve found them to be among the best priced in the Las Vegas-Henderson market. Anthony is our lead, always polite and lets you know when they’ve arrived and when they leave. A great choice!

Logan and Jared are a fantastic team who show up on time, work diligently, and provide excellent customer service. I have been using Purilly for a couple years now and have been completely satisfied with the work and the cost.

Update: 9/22/25: Just had the windows done again today by Anthony and Armani. Super respectful and great young men who did a superb job! I continue to highly recommend this company for residential window cleaning.
