Have video of company just blowing their landscaping debris directly into gutters. All the while watching a guy with a trash can making it happen.

They drive around on the phone no seatbelts very rarely pick up litter almost never adjust the irrigation system waterways to the max

They work in our neighborhood on weekends sometimes and they start at 6 - who makes noise 6 am saturday ? They can do this on the weekdays. Their management is rude as well.

They removed a nest when asked to put it back where they found it since they shouldn’t have been working in that area they laughed.
They left the nest out in the open! No respect for life at all! Worst landscaping company! Why was it suggested to remove all the duck shelter?!

Extremely not professional, extremely disrespectful. Chris is a cancer to the company with everyone be comes across and they are not following labor guidelines and state guidelines when it comes to paying there employees overtime I would not recommend this company for so many reasons

The property is very well-maintained on the outside and beautiful and practical on the inside, knowing that Par3 is one of the biggest landscaping companies and Nevada, is not surprising that the inside of their office is so pleasant.
Even though the office located in an industrial area of Las Vegas, for me, it's still very disappointing to see that is placed so close to a waste management dump yard. Besides that I have no unpleasant views are critiques about par 3 landscape & maintenance office located on wynn just north of Tropicana.

In addition based upon my knowledge of their business practices, influenced by insight from customers. I would suggest anyone that has any landscaping or construction projects to consider par 3 strongly. Competing as one of themost known landscaping and construction companies in Las Vegas, merecommending part 3 as a go-to for your construction and landscaping and construction needs shouldn't be a surprise.
