Speaks out about what kind of company this is, made an illegal u-turn and was honking at the people making their right turn at their green light. Clearly this company doesn't care about rules of the road, why would they care about how they work on your land.

They are paid to do a service by our HOA. Just do YOUR JOB!
No bags in our dog stations.
Doggie waste cans over flowing before they empty them.
Landscaping is overgrown and taking over the sidewalks.
Weeds in the rock landscaping.
Watering rocks where plants were removed.
Unable to communicate with any of them!!
The community looks like there is no HOA. What are we paying for?????

They are hired to do our complex and are horrible. Luckily we are moving, I just hope they are not at our new location.

Horrible service. Left a mess in my yard and in the streets. When I asked them to not blow debris in the street they gave me attitude, then tried to LIE about it even though I watched them do it. Ridiculous. Don’t hire this company.

I serve on the HOA in a prestigious private community in town and we LOVE Classic Landscapes. After several bad experiences with other landscape companies in town, we found Classic and we couldn't be happier. Communication is on point, responsive, consultative, and always professional. It's exceedingly difficult to find top quality help in this town so I want great vendors to be celebrated and Classic fits the bill. Recently they went above and beyond by helping me nail down our expected water spend for landscaping and I couldn't be more appreciative as this was something I had needed for over a year, and other vendors failed to help.

Classic Landscape is very helpful & attentive to service requests. The dispatch team & foreman provide timely responses. They are available after hours for any emergencies and I appreciate all they do for the community.

This company is an absolute joke. They were hired by a neighbor and managed to destroy my backyard. They are rude, destructive, messy. Today, they literally crushed a ten yr old key lime tree and an orange tree. Austin was rude and argumentative when I explained what happened and that I have it on video. And they didn't clean up! Now they are refusing the even answer their phone to deal with the problem.

Our HOA uses this company and they are horrible. They have been out twice to our area and basically parked their truck by the common area for an hour and then drove around the community and left. This happened twice. When we asked them about the bushes and plants being trimmed one of the landscapers said they don't do our community and they left shortly after. It's a gated community and we confirmed with the HOA that they were our landscapers. The HOA told us they are contacted to landscape our community every 5 weeks but they have done nothing but drive around the community and leave the past 3 months. Do not use this company.

I always find what I want at Star. If I have questions they have knowledgeable people to assist you. Thursdays are senior discount days, a nice touch. Price wise just a little on the expensive side but bearable. I know they have serious overhead.

Always a nice place to visit and buy plants to improve your garden!

Went and Purchased my Tree on Saturday 14th. Did the fresh cut and brought it home put it in the stand with water and the tree food. By the 18th the tree is completely dead! Made sure it had water at all times but it didnt matter. Spent over $100 for a tree that lasted less than a week. Very upset that I cant even have our tree at Christmas. If you knew your trees were bad or one was out there that you knew wasnt good why would you sale it!!! Ruined our Christmas thank you!
Replied back to Joey and basically told me too bad. They will not support thier customers or stand behind their product. I will NEVER go back to Star for any reason if this is the way they treat their loyal customers with zero support or any sort of compensation or help from them. They only care about thier bottom line and profit.

I had four bags to return. The manager said one bag had a receipt the other did not. They never gave me confirmation receipt for delivery. The manager just walked away and ignored me. I thought the manager was going to help me look for the other receipt. I asked for another manager. When the other manager came over they said they did confirm I did buy these two bags of items. I waited about half and hour. The second manager said the first manager was taking care of the situation. The first manager had terrible attitude. And just started helping other customers and waited a long time. They were unprofessional and carried an ugly attitude. Screamed at me for not have a receipt. The worse service I have experienced in my entire life. I hope they do not treat other customers so terribly.

I Called ahead of time and asked if my landscaper could pick out 10 plants and I could pay over the phone via credit card. They said yes. He went there and they told he could not as he did not have an account there. When I talked with them again now they said I would have to come in. They would not budge despite an hour round trip.

Then when I got there they would not let me give them my credit card and drivers license so I could leave rather then having to wait until he was finished. And they said no to that also.

I will never shop there again. Customer service is some of the worst i have encountered ever!

Their plants are small guys in big pots.

Star always has good stuff. Took my kid. We fed the fish and turtles. Staff is always great. Thanks again. 20 yr customer here in both Nevada and Arizona.

Oh my goodness GM Marco Marrocco was amazing with help strategically setting up a horse food purchase. (Yes, Star actually carries horse and dog food!) I am so very grateful to deal with someone that values their customers and goes above and beyond to make things “work”. They always say lead by example and Mr. Marrocco certainly has taken that to heart. Love this store!
