They are the most disrespectful peeping Tom's I have ever seen. This is not the way to treat other people by blowing the leaves into my house and on to my property. The person stood looking in my bedroom window. And when called there was no one available to hear my complaint. If this is how they wanna run their company then legal action will be taken. I would never recommend to any person ever. If wanna keep your children and others in house from feeling violated do not call them.

I have put in 2 applications with this company, me and my roommate filled out one on the same day. He was hired on the spit but I was told that I would get a call. Called back almost everyday and no word. A friend of mine who works for this company said that there were multiple people hired after I put in my application even a 60 to 70 year old was hired. Recently went to put in an application again still no call but somebody else was just hired. I called up there to ask about what was going on with my application and whoever the receptionist was said that is with the hiring manager. My thing is how does she know it's with the hiring manager if she never asked for my name or number? I'm starting to feel like this company is discriminating against anyone that is not Spanish ethnicity.

Excellent Company. The employees are all very hard workers and they do exceptional and amazing work. I have never had any problems with this Landscape and Maintenance Company. I recommend this company and it's employees for any landscaping and maintenance to any business or residential home owners.

I take my two dogs for a walk in this park every day and the maintenance people who take care of it do a wonderful job. Leaves are cleaned up and the grass is cut and rubbish removed regularly. Its just a pity that some people who walk their dogs there don't dispose of their dogs waste

After they work in our community, the road is clean, but all dirt and leaves are blown to the sidewalks and driveways. Very unprofessional! The company spokeswoman refused to help and sent me to my HOA.

I live in the Tapestry HOA. I have been very patient for at least a year! Every time your workers trim bushes in our community, the mess is left next to our steps, driveways, and sidewalks. Today, I asked them to clean it up after they came back to pick up theirs trash. They cleaned my sidewalk, but they did not clean my driveway. I would appreciate if they could blow leaves and dust away from our doors and garages when they finish their work.

The absolute worst experience someone could have with a company. Horrible customer service. Expensive and Disgusting Landscaping Work. I highly recommend you find someone else for your yard or community. They ruined my front lawn and would not do anything to try and help fix it. Not to mention it’s gross watching these workers laying down taking their breaks in what little grass we have left.

Best turf and artificial putting green of all time. Looks like new after the beating of the Las Vegas sun. Don't use the cheap stuff, their turf is high quality.

License plate number on his trailer was NV 332663.
Unbelievable the stunt he's pulling in a Commercial vehicle, very unsafe.

Worst company ever. Since contracted for our community, landscaping is horrible - dead vegetation and grass. Employees blow debris into yards and mow over garden hoses. Set schedule is not followed - maintenance is infrequent. When on premises, employees take many breaks, mostly sitting in maintenance vehicles. Those maintenance vehicles have also been spotted at nearby businesses during times they should be in the community doing work. Debris everywhere - gutters, streets, common areas. Long list of complaints on them to HOA from many many residents, most still unresolved.

Hire these people if you want to be stared at like a piece of meat. 2 employees made me feel very uncomfortable. They kept staring at me and talking about me in Spanish while laughing. To the owner, please teach these men to at least be professional while on the job. They are representing your company.

I dont know if these trucks are assigned daily or if they are the drivers full time work vehicle so just in case, this happened about 11am. Truck 523 has cones blocking left turn signal, May 19. I almost hit him because the signal was covered by the cones as truck 523 changed two lanes at once from far right lane to to exit Russel/Frank Sinatra.

Most ridiculous company ever lmao I didn't even get the initial contact with them, I call to an immediate answer with the lady talking to someone around her and then they hang up, call back twice no answer. Good business tactics right there

0 stars. Only company I know that has your yard look worse after supposed service then before. Weekly maintenance does not occur as contracted. Infrequent visits lead to dead grass, plants, and trees. Standard required cleanup rarely happens. Why our HOA employs you at your outlandish cost (with all of the community complaints) is beyond me. Par 3 never resolves problems and takes weeks and weeks to acknowledge a request but then still does not resolve the issue. What a joke to say call CEO. How about you watch and monitor your employees, visit the jobsite, and have someone scheduled onsite at the property to contact to resolve and address issues directly as they occur. A landscaping company is only as good as the worst yard in the community and there are now too many to count because of Par 3's lack of care.

This company was hired by our Hoa and they are horrible. They actually blow the leaves back into the property instead of blowing it out and clean up the debris there’s weeds all over leaking water pipes just absolutely terrible I would highly recommend not hiring this company for anything. Laziness at its finest or just completely unprofessional and incompetent

It looks like a jungle at Union trails in Henderson They send one man and 1 girl every week. And they cannot keep up with this jungle. I can provide pictures no problem.. still looking like a jungle over grown plants .all you guys do is cut the grass nothing else we pay hoa fees for landscaping

One of your workers that is driving around in truck 439, he thinks he funny ridding on people's bumpers. There is no need to tailgate people in a company's truck acting stupid.

Teach your employees how to safely park their vehicles. They park their trailers crooked then leave the doors wide open so nobody can pass by. They block off the whole road then yell and complain when you tell them to move. Useless employees barely understand a lick of english
