Highly unprofessional. I arrive for work every morning and park on the street. I move slowly due to a prior back injury and struggle to walk. They look at me the moment I arrive every time and blow on my car to make me move faster. Stop harassing people with physical disabilities!

I have worked with the Center Cut team for commercial landscaping services for over five years on retail and industrial properties. Center Cut provides reliable landscaping services, including tree trimming, maintenance, irrigation audits and repairs at fair prices. The team is skilled and knowledgeable with regards to all aspects of commercial landscaping.

The team was able to quickly design and execute a turf conversion project while remaining within budget. The Center Cut team was able to step in when other vendors kept delaying a palm tree replacement, citing equipment rental availability as the reason for their 3-month delay. Center Cut has their own equipment, allowing their team to complete projects without delays/excuses. At one of my shopping centers, Center Cut wrapped the trunks of palm trees with string lights for the holidays. As a result of the positive feedback from tenants, shoppers, and ownership, we decided to keep the palm tree trunks lighted year-round.

Service levels from your Account Managers and their on-site personnel is unmatched. I have not run into any issues with Center Cut throughout the years I have worked with them. Keep up the great work!

More examples of the poor service our community receives from Center Cut. When they trimmed branches from this tree, they damaged another branch...and left it that way rather than to trim that area back as well. They are supposed to trim around our A/C units as well. There have been dozens of complaints against them, but for some reason they are still allowed in our community...shameful!

October 2025 Update: This company continues to demonstrate their inability to maintain (or keep alive) landscaping. The lawn area is nearly dead. I have watched them mow what is left of the grass, and they pay no attention to the dead/dying portion of the lawn.

Update: I see that the Owner finally left a response to my review...that I posted a couple of years ago...only now he's concerned? I've also attached recent photos showing how terrible this service is. So many of our shrubs and trees have died under the "care" of Center Cut.

Seems like this is a "Hit or Miss" company. I am describing the same crew that received other one star reviews, so perhaps the owner should address his personnel issue before someone gets hurt. Terrible service and nasty, aggressive employees! They spend more time gossiping with one another and finding a place to hide with their parked vehicles than doing any actual work. They are threatening and rude to residents, and frequently block garage access. They ignore yard debris for weeks, and leave behind a bigger mess than when they started. This crew should not be allowed in any community.
Update -- the crew finally cleaned up the leaves that have been accumulating for two weeks. I posted an "After" photo to show what the area looked like when they left. I don't know how much time they spent making sure they picked up the leaves, while making sure to leave behind the rest of the yard debris. We had to have someone clean up after them...ridiculous!

Would not recommend this place, Mario was not very helpful and when I asked him a question about his job he was rude ! Get better employees ! Or at least some that won’t hate their job!

Super easy to deal with. A very good first experience.

When I called and asked about their services and asked if they services my area they told me yes they do. They only do a minium of $3000.00, so their web site is very misleading it says 2645.00 to 5695.00. I told them/ her I was interested still since our buget is a minium $3000.00 to a max 4000.00 and I was told they only do Landscaping design on new homes. The person I talk to she was very rude, and if this was indicative of the type of service they provide then I am glad they don't do old homes. They are definitely not friendly.

One of the landscapers shot a rock and broke an upstairs window fanning a weed eater around a nearby stump carelessly in the neighbors yard. Got the manager (owner?) operators card from the landscaper and made contact with a Mario. Mario was quick to call back and chat, asking for the window shops bid as well as a photo of the damage. I delivered both via text & email and after waiting some 3 weeks, paid out of pocket to move on the repairs... the first and last time I heard from Mario.

Plenty of landscapers out there who have coverage, licensing, and will rightfully own up. Weed trimmers have guards in place that with proper handling help mitigate these risks. It is a competitive market, stay away from these amateurs.

Hired Chris to do a yard clean up, take a tree out and trim 2 trees in the front yard. Paid them after the first day. My mistake. Still had to finish the back yard clean up but said they didn’t have room for any more trash in there truck. Said they would be back in couple days to finish. Have called them for a month now and Chris says there to busy to come back over. Stay away from them

Terra Green did an amazing job on our backyard. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the paver work turned out great. The fire pit area came out exactly how we wanted and really transformed the space. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping or hardscape work in Las Vegas.

Terra Green landscaped my back yard many years ago. The trees are still alive and the grass is still green.
