BEWARE! The owner of this company made it very clear they would warranty plants for 30 days, but would stand by you with the palm trees. One of my palm trees was obviously diseased and was struggling from the beginning. He came and saw they never put water to it and claimed to fix it. I gave it palm food and extra water as instructed, and it never improved. He kept putting me off to the point of no longer responding. Today all the other same kind of palms are twice the size; and it’s not grown a single inch in years. Don’t take this company for it’s word.

Had an emergency situation, Wade and his crew came within 10 minutes of my call and solved the issue right away. So grateful for great customer service!

Terra Green Landscaping were amazing, they came and helped design my yard with the ideas I gave them and it came out beautiful. They knew what plants to put in my yard that could withstand these hot temperatures. They suggested turf in certain areas and I was skeptical at first but ended up loving it. The irrigation system they installed has been great for the plants I do have. I also love the pavers and fire pit they installed . It looks fantastic! I would highly recommend.

This year renewed HOA contract with them since they were providing years of value added services to our Summerlin Condominium complex. In August, 2019, Del Sol terminated services with HOA as not financially profitable. My opinion is Del Sol needs better leadership. Changed to XL Landscaping Co. a larger operation. Tried to help a smaller owned but waste of time. Update: 10/22/19, XL working out so far. Landscape looking better and receiving several good residential owner comments.
Update: 1/29/20, XL finishing $6-figure renovation for Xeriscape project. Looks fantastic. Dump Del Sol!

I must tell you they are the best landscape company in Las Vegas, Henderson area. There staff is wonderful and always on time, professional, and not just fixing problems but making sure they are done right. After trimming my trees by the pool they even got all the leaves out and made sure the pool looked great. I have never had a Maintenance and Lawn care company actually take the time to go beyond what was asked. I highly recommend Prez Maintenance . I would actually give them a 10 star rating if it was possible.
