So one of the trucks had a lot of rocks and were flying out the truck and cracked my windshield I tried calling sent an email to Mathew and he tried calling twice while I was working I returned call and after that nothing it's gonna be a week and no follow up I have pictures of the truck that cracked me windshield and as the days go it keeps cracking more that's irresponsible to not get back to someone when your employee caused this.

Our HOA brought these guys in and so far...they know how to use a lawn mower and a leaf blower (i know this because i hear it all day on Thursdays and my porch sees the mess...yay for my friday cleanup). I have yet to see any professorial landscaping. I had to go buy Clippers to open up my doorway. It was over grown and dangerous to come home at night.

I'm not sure if Christie R is talking about Pueblo at Santa Fe where we currently have them on Thursdays, but they have worked very well with us to get the property up to speed. Our property needed a lot of attention and we have worked very closely with them and they are always available when we need them. Right now our property looks great and there are no overgrown plants in breeze ways because we've worked hard to remove and a plants that were causing issues.

This is the worst landscape company I have ever seen in the 15 years I have lived in Vegas. They have butchered our shrubs, failed to blow properly and is always a mess of pine needles, broken branches and dead plants throughout the community, also it is evident that little or no work is being done to our irrigation system since they took over at Chateau Nouveau. I don’t understand why our board still employs them. This is an update to my review. We were told that our crew works from 5:30am to 2:00pm. Yesterday they showed up a little after 5;30am and sat in their vehicles until 6:00am before opening the container where tools are stored. Today they showed up much later and didn’t open container until 6:30am. Also yesterday they left the property a full hour and a half early around 12:30pm. Not thinking we are getting the 8 hours of service we are paying for.
