Because not only did you bring your kids to do the work for you in 100 degree weather, you installed insufficient flow rate, leaky and broken irrigation which had to be entirely replaced, claimed the solenoid needed external power and more wiring (it didn't) and bought the cheapest possible controller and tried to charge me obscene markup for it. The job was so poorly done that I gave you your money and told you not to come back.

Jesus has been my landscaper for over a year now and has phenomenal work at a great price. He has done everything from yard maintenance, replacing the whole irrigation system, to a complete clean up of my rental properties after my tenants left and completely neglected the yard. I highly recommend Jesus for all your landscaping needs.

We recently had Cacti Landscaping come out for a monthly service visit for the first time. It was a great experience! The team was friendly, checked our drip system, and did a much needed yard cleanup. All the bushes look neat and are shaped nicely. Great service for anyone looking for a monthly service at a fair price.

Worst service ever. The owner called and told me the yard looks perfect and would not give my money back even though three men came to my property for a hour and did absolutely nothing. I’m disgusted they would take $200 from me and I still have to have my yarded cleaned and the tree trimmed. Do not use them! Ever! Disgusting.

Cacti Landscapes did a one time service of cleaning up my backyard and did an amazing job. It was well worth the money. Ive also set up a monthly service for the front yard and am glad I signed up with them now that I see the quality of the work. Thank you.

It was great to see Carlos again. He had been lead person servicing my house and then you guys did some restructuring and a new crew came. Now that Carlos is back I am happy and he is great to talk with and a skilled landscaper. Today he trimmed out pinapple palms, they look great.

They always do a great job! I own a home services company here in Las Vegas and I think I can tell a well-run business. In my opinion, it looks like you guys train these guys to "do a little extra" here and there for the customer. I especially like the relaying of irrigation issues if they get a chance to encounter me, though I'm usually working. I like how they do little irrigation nozzle plugs here and there also. Thank you very much for your years of servicing my property in a quality manner, 5 Jesus and Cacti.

Very basic landscaping with rock and a few plants...LOTS of weeds coming up in spite of weed control material. Redid the watering system and moved shut off. They did move about 60 brick and some pavers, and re-leveled the yard. Looks good for the most part. Also they sub-contracted a large concrete job (Executive Curbing & Concrete)...we have cracks in the concrete sidewalk now...warranty was for 3 months and it was discovered at that time. Not sure if we'll get help fixing the situation.

I am very happy with my monthly maintenance. I had a larger project done in my backyard where pavers were laid down and a big tree route was removed. The team was professional. They went above and beyond by readjusting my rocks and putting some extra gravel down for me. Five out of five stars, Totally recommend.

Cacti landscaping did a great job. They cleaned up all my weeds and shaped up my plants and bushes.

Their crew was communicative and efficient. I received a courtesy call when they arrived on-site to ensure we were aligned on the services I was requesting. They did a wonderful job. They have a customer in me!

Cacti did a good job on my yard, however, it is so small that to pay $200 for about 20 minutes was a bit much. We sawed off the dead part of that tree on our own because we didn’t want to pay additional fees.

Cacti Landscaping does monthly maintenance on my yard. They’ve also performed a big repair to my irrigation system. Good, consistent service. Would recommend

Amazing landscaping service. Always on time and do a great job. We have been with them for about two years now and are really happy with their service. We don't have much of a front yard but we were previously paying a lot of money to care for a single tree and about 7 bushes. Cacti does a great job in the 20+ minutes they are at the house. They are an honest company that have great customer service reps and a great reputation around the city. Start here if you're thinking about switching companies.

Requested weed removal and cleanup. Took 2 hours, and there were still many weeds remaining. I just had to go outside and pull some of the bigger ones while putting down a weed killer treatment.

Have very low expectations with this company. Very poor communication, no initiative and basic cleaning and landscaping skills. I’ve been using this company for almost 2 yrs. Never updated me on any details of the landscaping throughout my monthly services and allowed 2 of my trees to die off. After they died, they remained in my backyard for 6 months and didn’t say anything. My larger tree overgrew and branches started scraping up my roof. When I called to discuss my expectations and another concern with an irrigation leak, they told me they checked it and didn’t find anything. After further investigation, I found the leak and believe it’s time to find a new landscaper.

My yard was woefully overgrown after my last yard crew ghosted me. Cacti Landscaping led by Daniel and his crew did a phenomenal job. In record time they returned my front and back yards to their former glory. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. 5 Stars doesn't adequately convey how pleased I am with the results. KUDOS!

Prompt service and my landscape is feeling very clean, cut, and refreshed. Staff is friendly to work with and accommodating to my needs. Everything I need in landscaping service so far!
