The people that actually came to my house were great! Daniel and his crew did a fabulous job cleaning up our front yard and trimming our bushes. Daniel even went the extra mile and helped us with an irrigation issue we were having trouble with.

I take 1 star off for communication from what seems like the sales department to the actual workers. The workers didn’t know we had asked for only our front yard and not our back, and were frustrated that we hadn’t booked enough time for them to do both. When I let them know it was just the front yard, they were relieved.

Very disappointed I was told over the phone that my service would include the front and backyard and weed removal and spray this is what was left. Backyard was untouched and weeds still in front yard. Also had to wait over a month for service.HOA send another notice for the front yard weeds that were left right after the service. I contated a rep he did not sympathise only told me my service is only for 30min. Who can clean a front and back yard in 30min first of all. Still wondering when the weeds are getting scheduled for spray?

Bret and his guys did awesome job on my backyard. They were super fast, friendly and efficient. They installed 13 tons of rock, drip line, and two trees in around 4 hours. I'm not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled because they did an excellent job. They also do a wonderful job monthly on my front yard. Thanks Cacti you guys rock!

Very poor service. The negligence of the crew contributed to the fatal damage to more than 6 very expensive plants. Cleaning is non existent- got 3 notices from HOA for negligence in landscaping maintenance. You have to pay couple of days in advance their fees otherwise they skip the service. They are forcing you a 90 days cancellation notice. Overall just a bad company and service. Look somewhere else - this one is terrible.

Not Happy… Does not look like much was done, other than breaking 2 of the risers on the irrigation system. Looked like they broke it and attempted to find the tee by digging. Was obvious what happened. It would seem to me that if you break something. You would at the minimum notify me. Or here’s an idea🤔🤔. Fix it. If you have any questions call me please.

The Cacti team turn on the irrigation system and left it on without telling me. The irrigation system unfortunately flooded my front yard. It must have been on for 2 hours after they left.

This was the 1st visit for lawn maintenance and will be the last. For a crew of 3 they forgot to pull the few weeds in the yard, trimmed a couple of plants but forgot to blow the trimmings. Do not recommend this company at all.

The workers do a great job of cleaning up the yard. They are fast and thorough, and don’t leave any garbage behind. My porch, bushes, and mini palm trees look great!

The crew did another fine job. My property looks nice and clean. Thanks . And a special thank you to crew chief Diego for trimming another of my yucca plants. It looks really good now!

I trimmed up some bushes and put the clippings in piles myself. All they had to do was carry them out and blow out some leaves. They charged me $200 originally and then $100 extra for “cleanup” several days later. Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. Didn’t even call to let me know they were going to charge my card several weeks after the service

One star for the one good interaction with this company, which was the consultation. Everything else was just bad customer service. We hired this company to spray the weeds and to do yard maintenance once the weeds were dead. The services were prepaid so once they got our money, they didn’t care if they did a bad job. The first appointment was to spray the weeds. When the person that was supposed to spray got to our house, he said that there was some sort of miscommunication, and that he didn’t have enough weed killer and we would have to reschedule. He told us it would be faster to call so we did. They set up the appointment with a 12 hour window. We had already called off work for the initial appointment that they messed up, which was just a 4 hour window, and now they were giving us a 12 hour window for the next one. Once they actually came with the correct amount of weed sprayer, they missed spraying a lot of the weeds, and when we called to let them know, they told us that they would spray it during our yard maintenance appointment. For the appointment, they didn’t even tell us when they were coming, they just told us they would call when they were on the way. The day of the appointment they didn’t tell us they were there, the only reason we found out they were there was because our security cameras let us know. A car dropped them off and left. The 2 workers ended up standing around waiting for 20 minutes for the car to come back because they didn’t have everything they needed, they were trying to pull up weeds with their bare hands. They failed to pull up all the weeds, they didn’t check our irrigation system which on their contract said was included, and they didn’t spray the weeds like they said they would. The first hour was prepaid, and they told us that they would charge more if they needed more time. We understood that and was prepared to pay the extra if needed. But they just left. When we called again and let them know that they didn’t do everything on the maintenance, they told us that we would have to pay more. And yes, they charged us the extra 20 minutes that they were just standing around and waiting. They came one last time and sprayed the weeds and this will be the last time I will ever use this company. Use any company that you can and be wary when they ask for a prepayment because they don’t care how they do once they get your money.

Cacti Landscapes has been fantastic! They were prompt to respond to my online inquiry, provided a quote and contract quickly and started my service right away. Service has been consistent (day/time and quality) and is very affordable to the services provided. Love that I can set up online payments too - no more writing checks! Highly recommend.

My yard was overgrown and out of control! In 2 hours, they transformed my yard from a disaster to a yard that could be put in a magazine! There were 3 men that came and worked hard! I can't say enough great things about this company!! I would recommend them without hesitation!

Great job by Renee and team. Quick and thorough. What would have taken me half a day took them less than an hour. Will definitely use again.

Found this landscaping company through my sister, since she's a realtor. William and his team came on a sat. morning, I scheduled a cleaning/tree trimming, they cleaned the front and back yard. William was easy to talked to, that's a plus. He recommended some plants that are good for Vegas weather. The only thing i gave them 3 stars for is that you have to work with their schedule, i just wish they cater to the first time customers schedule for scheduling cleaning/maintenance. They also take $200 down payment for reserving the spot for scheduling.

Would try them again, i want to see their service doing maintenance.

Extremely disappointed with the company and the service that has been provided. Ive paid for front and back to be maintained over the last 8 months, and even had them do some irrigation repairs. Every time after service it looks like the back yard hasn't been touched and there is still trash in the front yard. I had a feeling months ago that they werent really doing what i was paying for, so i left a plastic bag in one of the planters in the front yard. Sure enough, here we are months later and the bag is still in the planter. I called to cancel my service and they told me I needed to wait the 3 month period. I dont mind paying for good service but I dont believe the service has been good.

Being relatively new to vegas, I have not taken care of my plants and lawn the way I should have, and I am working on bring it all back. I was considering doing a front and back remodel but at this point I will be looking for another company to assist me with this project because I cannot rely on Cacti to even do what we originally agreed on.

Don't worry, I won't be asking for a refund. You clearly need it more than I do.

We had a one time clean up of our small yard. The team were kind and professional and very fast. I recommend!

Cacti has given great service before. However, this time they only had to do the back yard. They were only back there for 35 to 45 mins. Other than weeds on the side, they really did not trim the aloe plants or very small shrubs. Definitely not worth the minimal 1 hour price.

I signed up for a monthly service with this company, but when they showed up, I couldn’t tell what—if anything—they actually did. When I reached out, they told me I hadn’t paid for enough time, so the job wasn’t completed. I understand that some tasks require more time, but I saw no visible changes at all.

I even sent them photos of my untouched yard, and their response was that the photos “prove” the techs came. Instead of addressing my concern, they simply offered to let me pay for more time so they could “finish the other half.” The problem is, I have no idea what the “first half” even was—because nothing looks different.

For a first-time customer, I expected better service. Instead, I feel like I’ve signed up for a recurring charge with no actual results. Extremely disappointing experience. This company sucks.

I have been with Cacti for several years. I'm attaching photos of how my yard looked after they left this morning. It is absolutely magnificent! The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that they often do not have enough time to do an equally magnificent job on the backyard. They do as much as they can in the time allotted. Whatever they're not able to do in the backyard on one visit, they do on the next.

Oh my goodness! Once again you and your crew outdid themselves. They cut things that were growing into my yard from our neighbors. They even cut back the roses that had finished their first blooming. I am so impressed and so very grateful.

Yesterday I was looking at my yard from across the street. I cannot believe how sculptured everything looks! They take unbelievable care and pride in the work that they do.
