We were looking for yard cleanup and maintenance. We contacted a couple of landscape maintenance companies, but they seemed to not want our business (not returning calls). We contacted Cacti by phone. We were directed to their website where we put in the required information. A day was scheduled.

When the scheduled day came, three Cacti employees came and immediately started working. I went out to introduce myself and to explain what we wanted done. The workers did everything we wanted, pulled some weeds and cleaned the leaves and debris from the yard and patio. They also cut back the branches from our neighbors yard that protruded over the back wall and checked the irrigation.

I am glad we chose Cacti for the service and the price is good, too.

I am mostly happy with the services provided. My backyard looks wonderful and the front does for the most part. Still some small green weeds are poking through the rocks that weren't removed or sprayed maybe? That kinda bummed me out considering how much I paid. The staff is always very friendly though and would still likely use them again

They completely transformed our yard.. removed old rock. Laid irrigation, 5 different zones, WiFi connections to the system, cut concrete and poured new concrete, contracted an electrician, and laid new rock! Couldn’t recommend a better service! And done in a timely fashion.. Brett was our main contact and he and his team were great, easy to deal with and great with communication!! With the finished project below!

I liked this company for our quick 1x yard cleanups that we’ve used for almost a decade but they charge $80-100 for even a 15 minute increment which they round up to the next half hour. I think in terms of fairness it should be $50 per 15 minute increment if that’s the case but I just paid $280 for a 1hr15min yard cleanup when I’ve never paid more than $200 even last year. I remember paying $150 for an hour. My husband even saw them just hanging out and around those last 15 minutes resting but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they weren’t just milking the clock and the entire job did take 1hrand15min. They do their job, it’s decent but the weeds still come back even after they use their weedkiller (or so I hope they do) but it’s too much and will be looking for a new company. Our entire backyard is turf and the front is rocks and small shrubbery where the weeds grow. I appreciate the business but I’m tired of the increased expense for the same job.

Very reliable and friendly staff, and just the right care for my front yard to let my plants thrive and keep everything look nice and clean for many years now. It's a real piece of mind and one less thing to needing to think of and take care of. Not super cheap but well worth the price. You just get the quality of service you pay for. I'm a happy customer . Cacti Landscaping , did an outstanding job in our backyard. We absolutely love it, we went from bare backyard to a lovely basic desert yard. Staff , office and crew was professional and on time, Brett was also professional and really listened to what we were looking for and made a plan, added plants that would work for us. I would definitely recommend them for any project you may have. Thank you Cacti!

Service was timely and quick but my expectations for customer service were not met.

The ask was the remove weeds but it seems as though they just cut them down to about an inch sticking out of the ground. They said I pay a minimum deposit of an hour and they’ll work until it’s done. I would pay additional later.

When I called to get clarity, it didn’t seem like my concern was a surprise to her and she said I should have “set more time for them” and if I wanted them fully removed “it could take hours” - again this was already discussed and agreed upon at booking.

Again, I’ll take my share of blame, but the customer service rep could have tried to be a bit more empathetic instead of almost blaming me for not setting “enough time”. I don’t set schedules, I requested for the full service weed removal.

We are very grateful for the crew who installed some plants in our yard. They were knowledgeable, kind, and highly efficient. When we inquired about recommendations for other plant species that are tolerant of various weather and water conditions, they promptly provided us with excellent suggestions. We truly appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

Horrible! I get home after their visit and nothing looks different. Weeds still exists. Trees not trimmed. The yard looks exactly like it did before they arrived. I was told that I only paid for 40 min of service. 4 workers for 40 minutes was a waste of $114. I got duped.

Had irrigation leak that was repaired same day they came to assess & give estimate. Very professional & friendly! I highly recommend this landscaping company!

They did such an awesome job. I had a leak that went under my driveway. They were able to fix it with no issues, they even went above and beyond and found more leaks that I had no idea of. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again for such an great job.

Excellent service. I had a broken valve with a water leak. I contacted them last Sunday and they responded within 4 hours on their day off. Had a tech out 7 AM Monday. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 90 minutes. Highly recommend

The Ugarte personnel did an excellent job locating and repairing the leak in our sprinkler system. They showed up early within the arrival window and completed the repair quickly.

We chose Ugarte Landscaping because they returned our call, answered our questions and showed up for an estimate when they said they would. I wish I could give 5 stars, but I had to have them come back to finish the job. The original job was sloppy because of recent rain, and some bushes were not done to my instruction, but their return was done to my satisfaction.
