Best cleaning crew around. Very responsive, great ownership and great quality of work. Very willing to work when it comes to pricing. The crew was on time, professional, and organized. Jon runs a great company. With Cleaning crews you never know what to expect, but with Disinfecting solution you can count on them going above and beyond to meet expectations. & they own up to anything and will make right if they missed a spot. Jon and Bryan will make sure they leave the place with a happy customer.

Absolutely the best commercial janitorial company in town. We've been with Accurate for longer than I can recall which is a testimony in itself to how happy we are. They treat their people well who in turn treat us and our buildings with the utmost care. Recently we had a staff member lose a gold and diamond necklace and we alerted our supervisor and they immediately stopped what they were doing to find it and ensure it was returned. We always try and do business with the best and in this case we most certainly do!

It was quick. We shall return!!!

Leave very early in the day. Clean the absolute BARE MINIMUM. Complain quite often. Would not contract them to clean for a residential building.

I’ve used Accurate Building Maintenance for my home and office for a few years now. They are always professional, courteous and they do a fantastic job. My ceramic tile floors for my house always look immaculate and they removed the old carpet from my office and restored the wooden floors underneath. I have to say, I’ve used Accurate for multiple rental properties and they have never disappointed me. My first experience was 4 years ago when I needed to get carpet removed in my guest house, the techs were prompt and Dee kept me informed of the process from start to finish. Most recently, I’ve used them for their wooden floor restoration and tile steam cleaning services in my home and no pun intended but I was “floored” by the results. I had the pleasure of working with Dee again on this latest project and her customer service can’t be beat…she’s responsive to questions, friendly, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. The company has my loyalty.

Accurate Building Maintenance did a machine scrub and steam clean on our ceramic tile, and the results were night and day compared to the last company we used. Their team was professional, thorough, and made our floors look brand new. Highly recommend!

I have 1 Persian and 1 oriental hand knotted area rugs with 2 small dogs at home , in years I have not wash them and many times my dogs had accident on them , finally I find a local company in las Vega who does Area Rug cleaning they call rug service center, they knows about rug, they know what they doing,with fantastic customer service and very reasonable price,they took my rugs and very on time bringing back , they do have pickup and delivery FREE , witch is I love it.

I cannot explain how happy I am to have found Rug Service Center.

As some background - I was unaware that there is a service for cleaning or repairing rugs. My rugs had not been cleaned since I purchased them six years ago. A friend recommended I reach out to Rug Service Center to clean my rugs given how dirty they had become from being in high traffic areas.

I was shocked to see that my rugs came back looking brand new. Sam displayed professionalism and expert knowledge in my rugs from the moment he inspected my rugs to when the rugs were dropped back off. I wish I had known about Rug Service Center earlier. I will be using their services for yearly maintenance, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Do not use this business for their services, they will ruin your rugs. First time using this business, will NEVER use again. We had five Persian rugs picked up for cleaning on 12/2/23 and they returned on 12/15/23. When I opened three of them, they all had three horizontal discolored lines on all of them. When I contacted the business and sent the pictures of the damaged rugs, they said after vacuuming the rugs, the lines will disappear. That was not the case. I contacted them again next day to let them know the discoloration is permanent and asked them to come and see it in person. Amir (our contact at Rug Service Center) said he will in fact do nothing about it and he did not care. Worst customer service. A crook. Do not use this business, you will regret it. Rude. Unprofessional. They will ruin your rugs. One of the worse experiences I have ever had. They also are very dishonest when it comes to pricing.

In response to the business’ reply, we do not have any pets. Our rugs were in pristine condition aside from needing a basic cleaning. There were five rugs. Clearly the only words to describe this business are shady and sleazy.

They ruined my Persian rugs. They are not supposed to bleed out like that at all. The corners of the rug are extremely crusty and hard. And there is pink and red stains everywhere. And I paid $850 to have three rugs cleaned. Please don’t bring your rugs here they do not know what they’re doing. Their customer service is horrible.

Steven from JnJ Pools came out today to repair our filter that was not running properly. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem efficiently. He even recommended a solution to avoid the same issue in the future. Thank you for the great customer service we received from Steven!

Gerald did a great job servicing our pool. Would highly recommend him for any of your pools needs.

JNJ was great Sent in service request through our home warranty and they called me 10 minutes after requested submitted. They were able to get service tech Matt over within 2 hours. Matt did a great job, friendly , played with our dog and repaired the motor on his first visit. Highly recommend them

That guy Gerald was really professional did a good job with a new pull pump install.

Went through the home warranty for a leaking cartridge canister. They came first thing Monday morning and fixed it immediately. Service was great and fast. Thank you!

Gerald was timely, professional, and an excellent communicator throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. I especially liked the pictures he provided of the work he completed—they gave me peace of mind and showed the quality of his work.
