This company has been out to our home to service issues with our pool/spa equipment several times as assigned by our home warranty program. They've been fabulous every time. They communicated quickly, arrived when they said they would, and fixed the issues. (The pool equipment that was here when we bought our house a few years ago has effectively been totally replaced at this point. LOL) Matt was the last technician here, and he was personable, responsive, and conscientious.

Matt from JnJ Pool Service was awesome - he diagnosed everything fast, and had our pool up and running in no time. He was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. I’ll be switching all of business over to JnJ from now on. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

We had an issue with the pool pump and Gerald did an amazing job with fixing it. He was very courteous and responsive to all my questions.

Steven with JNJ Pools was courteous and knowledgeable. He set right out identifying what was wrong (I had explained several issues that needed fixing to the scheduler) and was working on making the needed repairs before I even had a chance to step outside and introduce myself. Steven and JNJ came through and got the pool up and running back to the way it was. He made some good suggestions on upgrade work but it was no pressure. We will definitely be using them again. Gerald did an exceptional job fixing the broken housing around the pool pump. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He was very quick with the repairs and punctual. Would highly recommend him for pool repairs.

Matt did a great job on installing me a pool pump and a filter system he's a pro also answer all the questions I had. Definitely use them for my equipment pool from now on they also have affordable prices and they do what ever they can to help you out. Highly recommend!!!

JNJ Is our go to anytime we have a problem with our pool our pump or our Jacuzzi always on time they pay great attention to detail. They offer information most others would not just all-around great company very trustworthy. Gerald is the best he shows up when he says he’s going to and he It’s very professional we 100% recommend this company!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Dispatcher was helpful and efficient, she had a technician out to repair our pool within 24 hours. The tech came prepared with replacement parts and repaired our pool pump quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Very happy with the service from JNJ pools. I filed a claim through my home warranty and Lynn from JNJ called me within a couple of hours, on a Sunday! Gerald was the tech and he was awesome. Communication was excellent. My warranty company couldn't approve my secondary pump (naturally!) JNJ took care of me on a brand new Pentair replacement. I checked around, their price was more than fair, customer service made the difference!

Fantastic company. I highly recommend. The young man Matt that came to our house was so professional, so nice and so knowledgable. He explained everything to us. We needed a new pool pump. They called me on a Sunday and he came out Monday to see what was wrong and on Tuesday replaced it. Thank you so much!

Matt our service technician was fantastic, scheduling was easy, they came out very quickly to diagnosis problem. Explained everything very well and gave us our options for replacement of pump, scheduled install the day after we made our decision on which pump. Highly recommend.

Gerald from J N J Pools came out to repair my Pentair motor which was seized. A new motor and seals were installed and now everything is running smoothly! The job was done in 30 or so minutes and everything was explained to me thoroughly! Highly recommended!

We had a leak with pool valve and had JnJ pool assigned as a contractor, I got the call from them same day evening confirming the visit and time, that was very helpful to plan for it. we had Jareld as a technician, he came in the morning, as priority to stop water leaking, fixed it very quickly and last, that’s why 5 star review . Highly recommend their service, professional and reliable.

I have never encountered customer service of this standard before. It appears that the company does not acknowledge that when a manufacturer designs a weatherproof sealed control board and water is still able to enter the unit, this constitutes a design defect in the product itself — not an issue related to an unsealed plastic cover that simply rests on top. Based on how this matter has been addressed, it gives the impression that the priority is to avoid honoring warranty obligations rather than supporting customers with defective equipment.

Thank you for the clarification. I understand that JNJ Pools is acting as a third-party service provider and that final warranty decisions rest with the home warranty company. However, my concern remains with how the issue itself was characterized and documented.

The control board is marketed and designed as a weather-resistant, sealed unit intended for outdoor use. When moisture intrusion occurs inside that enclosure under normal operating conditions, it points to a failure of the product’s design or sealing—not simply the presence of a plastic cover above it. The distinction is important, as attributing the failure primarily to external moisture exposure overlooks the intended function of the sealed electronics.

While I appreciate that photos and documentation were provided, the conclusions drawn from those observations appear to shift responsibility away from a likely equipment defect. That characterization directly impacts the warranty outcome and, from a customer standpoint, feels dismissive of the underlying issue.

I will be following up with the home warranty provider for further review, but I believe it is reasonable to expect that inspections and reports accurately reflect design intent and real-world use conditions. I appreciate your response and hope this feedback is taken in the constructive manner intended.
