After having issues with our pool pump, our warranty company AHS, had J&J Pools come out. Lynn was able to get me an appointment for the next day! Gerald came out and evaluated our situation. He was awesome! He gave us options on how to proceed and offered advise on how to maintain the pump properly. He arrived on time, was professional, and very helpful! Thank you Gerald!!

Contracted through my AHS account. JNJ called immediately to set a next day appointment. Lynn @ office was GR8 to coordinate the appointment thru. Gerald was the tech. He was awesome. Had the part swapped it out in under 1 hour. Start to finish my pool pump motor was fixed in less than 24 hours. Can’t beat that!!

Gerald was amazing. He came out and assessed the problem with my filter and had it completely fixed with new parts by that afternoon. He was friendly, nice, very professional, and so helpful. I definitely recommend Gerald and J n J Pools. Five stars for sure!

JNJ pools was the best. I had a pool issue, they responded the next business day. Matt showed up early in the time slot, diagram used the problem, left to get the part and returned within 30 minutes to complete the repair. I will definitely be using and referring this company!

Updated response to the owner! I paid OUT OF POCKET to get the feature line fixed. I Know it isn't covered yet YOUR COMPANY can't fix what yall supposedly fixed in January 24, even though I offered to pay AGAIN. This isn't about AHS, it's the fact that I couldn't get the service I need. A new provider is coming out August 12, 2025. Your company declined to fix it whether I pay or not!

JnJ is contracted by my AHS warranty and I always have to hire another company to fix it after I pay them to "fix" my issues. Prior pipes lasted 20yrs, JnJ doesn't warranty their work after a year and now the pipe is leaking. Water feature clogged. Features not covered by warranty, I paid out of pocket and now I have to hire a different company to repipe and clear the clog. 👎🏽 Not worth using my home warranty and being stuck with them.
