My schedule is hectic, flying in and out of Las Vegas, and I often need to request a cleaning right before I arrive or right after I leave. My main contact there has always been them, and they are consistently professional and have treated my family and me with nothing but respect. Most of the time, the cleaning happens while I am away. Over the past few years though, I have been able to see them and their team in action. Saying they work like a well oiled machine is still an understatement. They show up, head straight to their assigned areas, and get right to work. Like a true leader, they are not afraid to jump in and clean alongside the crew. They also keep an eye on the progress and step in to help others when needed. The team is very thorough, polite, and does an amazing job. There have been a few times I reached out at the last minute, and they always did their best to accommodate me.
