My experience with this business from the beginning has been very pleasant. Oliver is very communicative and responsive. He was flexible with appointment times and accommodating. We are very happy with our carpet cleaning and his service! We will absolutely be calling him again !

Amazing service, they didn't take as long as I thought but still got the job done. I got my king size mattress cleaned with enzymes and it looks and smells great. I also got our area rug cleaned. He did a premium cleaning for it which he didn't charge the upgrade since he wanted it to be clean for my baby. That was awesome and thoughtful of them. He cleaning up after himself and wiped some of the water that was on the floor.
I definitely recommend and will reach out for different services later on.

Excellent service and very professional! My dog got sick and had an incident in our house and I needed a same day cleaning along with general carpet cleaning. He was able to help us within a few hours and squeezed us in at the end of his day.

Wow, and that's an Oliver's hands down the best in the market.
We are renting a house for a few years until we move.....
We needed somebody last minute and Oliver answered online messaging from Google at almost midnight. Snuck us in for the next day, and gave us an amazing price.

He showed up a half an hour early, and was done in just under 2 hours for a 2300 square foot home.
He stayed in concert communication with me, took pictures of stains and damage he found throughout the home. And got some extreme dirt out of the rugs.

He explained the whole process, went above and beyond....

No hidden fees whatsoever and all of his estimates that he gave up front say the same.... I'll be using him again for sure in the future.

We had Oliver today, i genuinely enjoyed his service he worked fast but was professional. We had a puppy running around peeing everywhere and we had tried treating it a few times but we still had a lingering odor. Oliver came in and I can tell the aroma is gone. I get down and put my nose in the carpet and cant smell pee anymore. We just had a baby so this was very important we got the smell out, we are definitely calling them back in a few months to keep up on our carpet cleaning

My cat had pee all over my bed and tried to clean it using at home remedies but made it worse. I needed someone and found his company. I called in the morning and the company was able to come the same day! Oliver came over and was very profesional. He wore over the shoe booties which was a huge plus and he was able to get the stains and smell out of my mattress under 30 minutes. Great guy with a great company! Highly recommend

Oliver did a really good job. I can’t really say anything else, he came and did the job, and was super fast. Very nice & calm guy would recommend for anyone interested in carpet cleaning. He did charge me 60$ for carpet cleaning, he was one of the first who negotiated a reasonable price with me. The first pic is before and the 2nd picture is after the process, looks clean and smells very nice.

Vegas Carpet Care provided excellent professional service the very next morning after I called to schedulean appointment. I am extremely happy with my results, as I have multiple dogs and needed some deep cleaning to remove urine odor. I will use this company again amd recommend.
