I initially reached out for a quote for cheer mat cleaning, and Oliver responded quickly, even coming out right away to measure the square footage so he could provide an accurate quote. We scheduled the cleaning two months out, and he showed up on time and fully prepared. He did a fantastic job, and we will absolutely be using his services moving forward.

Honestly I was a little skeptical when Oliver showed up and did not have a truck mounted cleaning unit. My family ran a carpet cleaning business for over 30 years with truck mounted equipment. But he has a good quality portable cleaning system and uses quality cleaning chemicals so I was pleased with the job. The soil and stains cleaned up nicely. He was conscientious about not overwetting the carpet or leaving any soapy residue behind that would cause rapid resoiling. Oliver himself is incredibly polite and has very strong work ethic and he was very honest. He did not try to upsell me or use phony excuses for why he wanted to charge me more money after he showed up. He was clean cut and mannerly, someone you can trust in your home. There are so many crooked bait and switch type carpet cleaners out there and some of the cleaning technicians out there are downright scary. So I was happy to give him a 5 star review

My couch and area rug have never looked this good in my house with rowdy boys and a zoo of our own! My kitchen floor looks amazing and my stairs look great!! Service was quick and efficient! The tech was friendly and was sweet to my youngest son who wanted to be his friend haha! Definitely going to be a returning customer!

We were babysitting my young nephew and he had an accident on our couch. We sent the details of our fabric/furniture in preparation for the visit. Oliver arrived on time to inspect the area. He provided a thorough cleaning of the stained area and was able to remove the stain and odor. He educated us on the process, the solutions, and was very reassuring throughout. Definitely earned a 5 star review. We will be keeping his contact information for future cleanings - tile/carpet!

Oliver from Vegas Carpet Care did an amazing job! He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He quoted me a very reasonable out the door price over the phone and that’s exactly what he charged me upon completion. No hidden fees or upcharges, regardless of the condition of the carpet. Service was great! We had a 2 bedroom all carpet apartment fully cleaned to move for only 185! He was super friendly and quick even provided an invoice so the management wont charge us for separate cleaning which btw would have taken a big chunk out of our security deposit!

If you are NW Vegas this is your new go-to cleaner. Mike just left and I am already planning on having them back to do the carpets. He cleaned two sofas a recliner and a chair and it is amazing how the pieces look and smell now.
