I had Mike come and clean my carpets and tile and basically everything that could be cleaned in my house! He was not only friendly and professional, he also knew his stuff! Very experienced and thorough paying attention to all the details and I really appreciated that. I will only use him from now on! Thank you Mike, see you next time!

Service was scheduled a week ahead of time for two properties. The night before I texted to confirm schedule of service. Gave another shot of text 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival only to find out that the carpet cleaning on both properties were cancelled. Didn’t receive any apologies for the cancellation.

Mike was awesome came at a time that was best for me. And omg don’t get me started on the carpet! It looks amazing!

I'm SO HAPPY that I found Mike with Pink's. My fiance and I just purchased a house and recently moved in. The carpets seemed new but I didn't feel comfortable unpacking all of my things because there was a strange smell. So I called to get the floors cleaned and Mike walked me through and showed me all of the stains in the carpet with a black light. He also showed me how the solution that he used was removing the stains, it's given me such peace of mind, and I'm definitely going to be using him again. I could not be happier!

I paid for standard carpet cleaning plus extra to remove specific stains they guaranteed would go away or they would come back to treat at no extra cost. They didn’t go away and when I tried to get them to fix them, they claimed I was outside of their 10-day guarantee window which was not true. After proving it was only day 8, they claimed they were new stains (without first looking at them) and that I needed to pay extra. They were the same stains. They reluctantly came back and claimed that I was trying to take advantage of them. I can understand their distrust but it’s not like I haven’t used them in the past multiple times and this was the only time I had to ask them to come back to fix something. Stains still didn’t go completely away but I didn’t make a fuss because they’re not as bad a before. Professionalism counts when things don’t go well; in fact that’s when it matters most. In this case, they failed

Wow! I’ve used a different carpet cleaning company in the past and I was not impressed at all. Pink’s carpet cleaning blew me away. The before and after is like night and day. Amazing work, professional, on time, very responsive, and easy to book. You can even text them, which is how I booked. Will be using this company from now on.

I was selling my house and needed my floors cleaned. I contacted Pink's and they were able to fit me in the same week. Mike, the technician and owner, explained the different services they offer and helped me decide what worked best for me. It was convenient to have one company come out to clean both the carpet and tile.

Their response was immediate and Tim arrived on time (actually a little earlier) which was great. Great job, we will definitely have him back when we need our upholstery or carpets cleaned. I can only give 5 stars but would give 10 if I could.

I just had my carpet and tile cleaned by Pinks. They showed up on time, measured my tile and did a test spot. The price was better than any other companies I got quotes for. Pink's Carpet Cleaning was fantastic doing business with from start to finish! I requested a quote on Yelp, and within 5 minutes I received a prompt response with a detailed price estimate based off my specific carpet cleaning needs. Pink's appointment making process was so easy! After a brief conversation, my appointment was set for 2 days later at 8am.

Michael showed up early in that awesome Pink van, and greeted me in a very friendly & professional manner. We completed a thorough walk through of my home's carpet, and pointed out the pet areas that were my main concern. Before completing any work, Michael broke down all the exceptional/competitive pricing for his services to make sure we were both on the same page, which is awesome.

Michael's hard work was very quick, and took less than 1 hour & 30 mins. All of the foot traffic, stains, and pet areas from the last 2 & 1/2 years were gone instantly! Not only did they do a great job cleaning my carpet staircase, they even cleaned every riser in between each step! They pay very close attention to each little detail to go above & beyond to make each individual job that much better.

Very pleased with Pink’s. Mike was very professional and highly skilled. Setting up an appointment was easy and Mike stayed in contact leading up to the appointment. He was on time and answered all my carpet cleaning questions. I was skeptical at first because the carpets had a lot of stains from high traffic. Mike got them looking new again.
