I had an outstanding experience with Pink's Carpet Cleaning. Mike, the owner from Pink's, was exceptional in his approachability and personal touch. I have to start by saying they saved our Christmas! I had scheduled an appointment with another company and they lost my reservation (this is 2 days before Christmas Eve!), then said they were unable to "fit me in" now. I had seen Pink's Carpet Cleaning recommended on one of our FB work pages and found their number. I explained the situation to the owner Mike and he said he could squeeze me into his schedule for the following day! I was ecstatic and felt absolute relief!

Mike called prior to my scheduled noon arrival (12/22) and arrived earlier than the appointment time. He was phenomenal! The customer service was outstanding, he was professional, personable and made you feel like a neighbor! The carpets came out sparkling and a week later, they still look new! His fees were extremely reasonable and beat the competitors while providing quality service and product.

This company will most definitely be my new carpet cleaning company! Thank you Mike for saving the day and our holiday!

I should've taken before and after pictures-- I truly should've... but how embarrassing for ME would the "before's" have been?

NOT ANYMORE!

Soo much goodness:

1) Mike, the owner, answers his own phone... you know... the old fashioned way. I SOO APPRECIATE it! He gave spot-on quotes over the phone, asked all the relevant questions.

2) Kameron showed up ON THE DOT at 8AM and was such a pro in every way-- Mike, he did you proud! I know the kid's got big dreams, and I wish him all the best, but keep him as long as you can, Mike, he's a good one!

3) Both Mike and Kameron warned me that the stains in my mattress and carpet (let's just say, I had 3 male puppies do their damage over 2 years) would take some time ("a few days") to diminish, and they may not entirely go away depending on the extent of damage... and... within SECONDS... the stains were 99% GONE. I was flabbergasted!

4) I also had Kameron sanitize my carpets without stains, and the whole house just FEELS fresher. Honestly, this is the carpet that came with my house, and eventually, after some big reno projects, I will be getting new carpets-- and when I do... I'll be calling Pinks annually (probably?) just to keep my carpets in tip top shape... it's soo worth every penny. And a reasonable one at that!

If you're thinking about getting carpet or upholstery cleaned... don't hesitate, don't think twice, just CALL them... it'll be the best decision you've made in a long time, surpassing expectations by 500%!

Not the only one I see...

Don't waste your time. A large fraction of items on the floor don't have a price tag.

I had an entire purchase planned-- full of items... and they won't sell those that even had IDENTICAL matches w tags (but the match w a tag was, say dirty) ... they.just.won't.budge.

Rules is rules and no one actually thinks with their BRAIN.

So.... I walked out without purchasing anything.

Pink's thanks so much! You folks are the BEST! Look at the amazing work and I have two little boys and a toy yorkie who are a mess. Stains are gone. Customers service is excellent, very nice, very informative. I well see y'all again soon. Thanks again.

I’ve been using pink carpet care for a few years now. Their professionalism and reliability is unmatched in a volatile Carpet Cleaning Industry. This is an industry where the average homeowner does not properly maintain their carpets and expect carpet cleaning companies to work miracles bringing back the original look of neglected or overused carpet. Except in the very worst of circumstances, this seems to be an area where peaks carpet care accelerates in!

I operate a couple of rental properties and Pinks keeps my carpets clean and at their best at all times! Pinks maintains my rental properties, my personal property, and my daughters house. Pinks has a fantastic satisfaction guaranteed program! However, I suggest Pinks should not offer that guarantee to people that rent their property on a short term basis. This should be for owner occupied only to avoid problems. Short term rentals have more foot traffic and constant turnarounds. This should prove impossible to track new stains, and who did it. I’m sure a homeowner would always proclaim their innocence saying that the stain was always there. Best to avoid that situation altogether. Keep up the great work Pinks Carpet Care!!

Amazing service today! Had carpets cleaned they were done in less than an hour. They let us know the pet stains from our dog were not as bad as we thought thank goodness! Also we really liked the ease of scheduling l, answering questions and estimate process through text made it very simple. When we need carpet service again will definitely choose Pink’s.

Pinks carpet cleaning......professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I've been in Las Vegas many years 30 used all different types of carpet cleaning services and I have to say the pricing the experience and knowledge punctuality is by far the best I've ever experienced with Pink Perfect Clean I highly recommend them

I get my carpet cleaned every year and I was due. Several people recommended Pink's so I gave him a call and he was able to get me in the next morning! He arrived on time and was super professional. I also appreciate the conversation. The carpets came out great.

ETA: I also left a review on his FB page. It simply said they don’t back their work and that I wouldn’t recommend. Pink’s Carpet replied that we’d left a “leaky trash bag” on the carpet. First it’s new dog stains. Then it’s a leaky trash bag??? Finally, they said they would be contacting my husband’s boss in the military.
My husband is retired so they can’t. But beware. If you use this company and have any sort of dispute or leave a bad review…they get nasty very quickly.

We were happy with the service initially. We paid extra to treat two areas where a dog had had peed.
As time went on, the pet spots we paid extra to treat got way darker and bigger. Our only crime is in waiting to tell them. With 4 teens in the house, the days fly by. My carpet didn't go anywhere though and shocked that they are so uninterested in fixing it.
We sent the following pictures and asked them to come again. Since the spots are bigger and darker it appears that the chemical they used to treat was not properly sucked out of the carpet. It's only a guess but that's what it looks like. A simple mistake. We aren't mad...just want them to come wet it down and clean that chemical out.
We contacted them and we were given a quote for a new visit. We supplied pictures and explained the spots had grown and gotten darker. Pink's Carpet claimed our dog must have peed exactly in a line again and caused new, worse spots. That dog is gone and so this is impossible. I told the company this and they insisted I was wrong.
It's obvious the cleaner they used just wasn't sucked up out of the carpet. It would probably be an easy fix. We volunteered to pay some kind of fee but believe they should fix their mistake or at least partially cover this horrible result.
They told me to "have a good day."
While the initial result was lovely, the stains slowly appeared and have only grown darker as time goes on.
If you're looking for a company that backs their work or can clean pet stains, don't hire Pink's Carpet.

Top tier carpet cleaning without the expensive price tag. I did about 5 quotes for cleaning and this one came back very fair. They called and asked if the could come early-which was excellent! He arrived on time, was professional and wore his mask the whole time as well. He did our sectional with chaise and it looks NEW again! He also did an off white throw rug my girls had stained with some slime (it was NOT hardened when found, so I did scrub most out but it left a nice neon pink stain there) and the carpet looks like new! Pink's Carpet Cleaning left no pink on my throw rug! Our bedroom carpet is like night and day! I highly recommend them to anyone. Their quote was fair, they were professional and I will for sure be using them for all of our flooring and upholstery needs!!

We had our bedrooms and area rugs cleaned. Very happy with everything. The carpets and area rugs look great. The technician was right on time, very efficient and no upselling. Easy to make appointment and get quote. This will be our carpet and rug cleaner moving forward.

I'm a former IICRC certified disaster restoration professional and because of this I tend to be extremely picky when it comes to carpet cleaning and restoration services.

I called Pink's after screening several other carpet cleaning companies in town and Mike checked all the right boxes in the initial phone screening. He was upfront, honest,and direct in answering my slew of questions regarding products used, cleaning processes, and pricing.

He was able to fit me in for a 2 room and stairs cleaning the same week, prompt and professional giving an update regarding arrival time to the job, and his pre-clean inspection was spot on. The quality of the cleaning was excellent and regardless of the dry climate of Las Vegas, the overall dry time waa exceptional, meaning they actually do proper multiple extraction passes.

Finally, Pink's upfront and honest business practices in conjunction with their industry knowledge is what sets this company apart from the 15 other carpet cleaners I called prior in my list. Mike was 100% transparent in pricing for requested services, reinforced this with his pre-cleaning walkthrough, and cemented it by charging the quoted price post job, with no unnecessary upselling, or last minute service upcharges.

If you took the time to read this, then give them a call, Pink's first impression has definitely made them my go too for future cleanings.

Mike from Pink's came out today and did a great job on our carpeted stairs, short hallway, and big living room area rug. With dogs and kids running around, these areas get a lot of wear, but he handled it smoothly and got right to the deep clean.
Stairs and hallway look fresh. The area rug came out looking new. Mike's a very nice guy.

Had no issues with language barrier which seems to be a thing in NV sometimes. When we met to discuss the needs, they were ahead of schedule. The examination was smooth to the point and he even let me know about specials that he could have kept to himself as our company was willing and ready to pay whatever he asked.

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is tired of the bs and needs the job done.
