I had Breezy Blast do a full furnace/AC replacement, and I'm thrilled with the results. If, like me, you get estimates from 5 or 6 companies, you'll soon learn that everyone is competitive on price. I narrowed down to a couple options I saw as most trustworthy, and Breezy Blast won out based on the combination of price, the brand of equipment they sell, and my experience with the lead tech (Jeremy). There were other options, but I felt Breezy Blast was most concerned with getting us fitted with the set up we needed and with making sure the job was done properly.

I'm thankful I chose Breezy Blast. We had one "hot" room we wanted to fix, and they discovered during installation that the issue could be solved, but only by custom fitting a part that delayed the whole installation by hours. I am sure most companies would have just moved on and probably not even mentioned the potential fix, and other companies would have charged us an arm and a leg. Jeremy got the fix done and our estimated price didn't change. The delay meant the crew staying late and Jeremy needing to make a return trip on a later date to finalize everything, but they did what they needed to in order to fix our problem and get our system functioning perfectly.

It is hard in Vegas and Henderson to find quality, trustworthy people to work with. However, I'm glad I trusted all the positive reviews I read for Breezy Blast -- my experience with Jeremy and the install crew was first rate. I have no hesitations about recommending Breezy Blast to friends and family.

Sadly, I had to shell out $2000 for a repair on my five-year-old split system heater. The insulated copper lines connecting the outdoor and indoor units were deteriorating, a common issue due to the white insulation used at the time. This insulation material corrodes the copper, leading to leaks over time. Unfortunately, the company responsible for this product has gone out of business, so seeking compensation isn't an option. Another problem I faced was critters chewing through the wires running in the duct from the outdoor unit to the indoor ones. This happened because the duct's end hadn't been sealed properly during initial installation. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, the repair process was smooth thanks to the polite and cooperative technicians. The service manager, taylor, was understanding of the unforeseen situation and helped me share the replacement costs for all the lines. Although it was unfortunate, the heater repair service in las vegas dealt with the issue fairly. If you have white insulated lines, you might want to be aware of this problem and make sure the access to the wires in the trough is sealed with silicone and/or steel wool.
