my upstairs heater stopped working and the rooms weren’t warming up. i called a local heating repair company in las vegas, and brody got back to me quickly. he sent james out to check on things. james was super friendly and really knew his stuff. he explained that the heater was having issues and added a temporary fix to get us through for now. he didn’t even charge for that first visit, which was really appreciated since it gets cold in some las vegas nights. brody let us know how much longer the heater might last and gave us an estimate for a new one. after a few weeks, we decided to replace it so we wouldn’t have any trouble during the cooler months. brody and his team came out on time and installed the new heater. i had a little trouble connecting my old thermostat to the new system, but james found the problem was a bad base and suggested getting a new board. they came back out and fixed everything for us. i highly recommend this team for heater repair in las vegas. they gave us great service, quick installation, and the prices were really fair. we’re really happy with how everything turned out.

Ok I really don't know from who this company is rated from, but I just wanted to let you guys out there know that I had Jonair coming in July 2016 to change my AC and heating system but let me tell you this company is a nightmare. Don who is the owner and the manager had no idea how to install nothing and the inspector failed them three times I had to call another company to do their job right I really don't recommend this company the worst ever

JonAire just replaced my AC system. The workers were very professional and worked seamlessly on the installation. Don did an a great job of explaining the product and walked us through the process. They did an excellent job.
