"Gary" (assistant "Mush") came to my home this morning and I have to tell you how very happy I was, not only with their professionalism but with how kind and amiable they were. Gary really listened to me before we got started, so he was able to quickly and efficiently detect the trouble and to repair it without unnecessary expense. I am breathing a huge sigh of relief and am ever so thankful! If I need to use a plumbing service again, I will not for one moment hesitate to contact "5 Star Home Services, Inc". I highly recommend. Job Well Done!

Art came out faster than I expected. He got straight work & was able to diagnose the issue quickly. His repair was flawless & he communicated with me every step of the way. He was honest, kind, & truly a hard worker. You don't find many good people that. I highly recommend asking for Art for your services. He was in & out in about an hour with no hiccups!

These were the only vendor who would fit me in the day I called. Everyone else didn't have anything for over a week. It was my garbage disposal and food was in the sink! Not an emergency, but yeah, I wanted someone to come out and at least take a look. Serviceman was Polite. He covered his shoes when he entered my home and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes!!! So grateful for this company!

Mushegh and Five Star Home Services were excellent. This is the assigned plumber sent by my home warranty company (Old Republic) and we were 100% happy with their work and service. Another company had rescheduled with me three times but with my first call to 5 star- they showed up same day. Mushegh was friendly, speedy, and did excellent work. He replaced our water pressure regulator valve in the garage and our kitchen faucet. I’d call them again even without my home warranty. Thank you!

Kudos to ROBERT Air Cond Technician. He came out on one of the hottest days in LV, he hooked up diagnostics, tweaked a few things, came back and said, "Can't find the problem, but its running fine. If problem comes back, let me know." NO EXTRA MONEY!!!! That feels like solid good business practices. THANK YOU!!!

This was great service! ART is the guy to install your water heater. 5 star home service was quick and they are very helpful. I was very anxious when my water heater broke. My husband has just left for a deployment, so you can undertsand i was feeling a bit overwhelmed. ART reaasured me that everything was going to fine and that he could install it today. Argo was amazing ! He was patient and kind and took the time to explain to me the reason for my problem and properly educated me (and reeducated me) on the shut off water valves I had in my home. Being a first time home owner I didn't know the first thing about the water lines to my house. He was very kind to break it down for me. Thank you for fixing my clogged pipes and turning my water back on!

Just used 5 Star Home Services yesterday for a plumbing issue. They were very communicative as far as keeping me up to date on when the technician woud be arriving, which I appreciated. Art arrived on time and was very efficient. He listened to my concerns and went right to work. He is very courteous and respectful with wearing the protective booties on his feet as he entered our home. He did a great job clearing our kitchen sink line and gave us tips for keeping the drainage line clear of debris/food and oils. Great services over all! I would recommend him again!

5 star home services came out for a plumbing issue. We used our home warranty company and so glad they sent this company. They were quick with scheduling, friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment on the weekend which works with my schedule. The communication letting us know the tech was on the way was nice. Also, our technician Mushegh was fantastic! Rude dispatcher unprofessional service
Installed extra long shaft condenser fan and left the wires uncovered and left the cover without screws
Tha fan shaft hit the compressor and the blade broke later causing big noise and vibration in the outdoor unit
I called back and the dispatcher said that the noise is not there problem

I give Enrique 5 stars, for his good work today. For the installation of the waterheater. He's super professional.

My appointment today was for 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a 4 hour window. The technician literally shows up at 1:55 p.m. on the dot. Meanwhile prior to that I tried calling to get some information on why the tech is late and I was on hold for 35 minutes listening to a recorded message and no one ever picked up the phone. At their 9090 phone number. I never got a phone call from the company their dispatcher or anything to notify me of the technician arriving late.

I understand some jobs can take longer than others in this case it seemed to be with the technician who showed up with the prior job he had. what was unacceptable was not being notified at all my time was severely wasted for the day.

So five star being in their name is quite the opposite of what they will receive in this review. Literally getting one star for the way the company handled this.

The technician who did arrive he gets a five star, even though he seemed flustered and stressed out from the prior job he still answered all my questions and was able to get a resolve. Unfortunately I feel this is a company issue of overworking their staff and having the motto of doing more with less. Hopefully I will not ever need their services again.

Very fast service and properly installed and knowledgeable highly recommended to use for internal house plumming. Shower valve frozen and handle stripped was replaced in 1 hr.
