The plumbing repair work so far is good, but the prep to keep my house clean was not. They didn't tape the plastic to walls very well and now my house is covered in dust. Besides that they are doing a good job.

Frank and Steven went above & beyond each day working on a home re-pipe. Super respectful and knowledgeable explaining everything for anyone interested to learn more about home upkeep and maintenance.

Had an emergency plumbing issue called the office and they had someone out within 2 hours. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist and guide us with our issues. Will definitely continue to work with this company.

Excellent communication from start to finish from the team at City Wide. Had them come over to address a leak that appeared again after they were out to fix it about a month prior. Very upfront about the underlying issue after they did a more thorough inspection. Ended up having the entire house re-piped due to an issue with a water softener system installed back in 2020 by a different plumber. Was told it would take about 2 days to re-pipe the house, but the team did it all in one day. City Wide came back a couple weeks later (due to my busy schedule) to install a salt-free softener system.

Due to my work schedule, the team was able to come out on Saturdays for both the re-piping and salt-free softener installation, which was a huge plus for me. Definitely recommend the team at City Wide for any plumbing issues.

City Wide Plumbing immediately took care of our emergency needs when a kitchen pipe burst. Specifically, Danny Sanchez was our technician and we couldn't be happier. He is friendly and professional, and also explains what he's doing and had a ton of patience for our questions. We were very impressed.

Called their office Saturday morning for 9 gallon per hour water . leak in my main water line and actually spoke to a live person. After setting an appointment time, I also received a confirmation email. Every time someone any of their staff came here, they were on time. On Monday the repair crew arrived 15 minutes before schedule and started work right away. The 4 man crew worked all day to get the job done. They were all very hard working and happy to answer the many questions I had or show me what was being done. They even stayed more than 2 hours after sundown to finish the job and restore my yard. I would highly recommend this family-owned, highly professional plumbing company.

Wow, Andy and Gio with City Wide plumbing literally rebuilt my main water line. They worked late Friday night and all Saturday completing the job. I was impressed that they stayed in touch every hour and left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. These two pros set the example for others to emulate and I would recommend this company. Richard Did our Main Line.. we had a leak from the main line.. they worked for hours did a very good job.. made sure everything is working.. even came back when our water pressure went down and made made sure our water pressure is back to Normal. Great costumer Service ..answered all the questions we have and concerns.

I asked to install whole house water filtration system, along with other things such as replacing anode rods and draining water heaters. George and Andres worked very hard and efficiently. They did a professional quality job and I am happy with the jobs they performed.

We had a major water leak that cost us over $400 water bill. We contacted City Wide Plumbing. The office team was very professional and scheduled for someone to come out immediately.
The technicians determined that we had several leaks in our main waterline from the meter up to the house. They worked until the late hours of the night repairing our entire waterline. The next morning I went out to inspect the work that was done, I could hardly tell that we had major plumbing work done in our yard.

Amazing service! Great techs and reasonable pricing! Had two other companies come only to have them double their price from the phone estimate. citywide got the job done, their techs were top notch and the price never changed! 5 stars. Highly recommend them as they are ethically and professional!

Danny was here the day before and explained the work to be performed and gave me a great estimate. Workers Andy & Brandon arrived the next day on time. Quickly began getting tools and tarps ready and began digging reroute trench to replace the water main break. They were both hard workers and cordial the entire time. Andy explained every detail and took pictures of every step of the work being done. The job was completed even though it took until early in the afternoon. Danny was excellent plumber. He immediately solved my leaking problem coming from the bathroom wall and recommended what needed to be done. I authorized him to open the wall and bingo!! he found the leakage. I recommend him to everyone that has leaking problems. He is my hero!!! And he is my plumber forever. Our home is a newly constructed Beazer home and from the 1st day of moving in the master bathroom smelled of sewer from both sinks. The sinks eventually started to drain water slowly and we finally had to call a plumber. The pictures show what was found.
