TyReese was cordial and diagnosed the problem. His estimate was $500 -$600. Gross overcharge. I declined the repair. I cslled Rheem water heaters, like TyReese did. They let me know I had a labor charge warranty and I will pay nothing. TyReese fziled to mention rhis to me. You will likely see this on yelp. Thumbs down.

Trey Blake came to check out my dishwasher return valve. He was prompt, super friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed it and, without any pressure, gave me recommendations for a couple of other things that I should consider doing to improve the plumbing in my aging house. He made me feel super confident in my choice of plumbing companies!

Justin came to evaluate our tankless water heater installed by a different contractor. He was thorough in his assessment as well as friendly and considerate. He didn’t even charge a fee for his recommendations. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

It was time to replace our anode rod in our water heater so we reached out to a few plumbing companies via yelp to get quotes. Alexy responded right away and we were able to confirm an appointment!

We worked with Brian who was able to assess and give us a quote right away. The quote was super reasonable and he took the time to explain what was going on with our water heater as well as our options for the future. I initially contacted Loyalty to secure an apparent past water pipe "leak" as part of a purchase inspection. Long story short, I recalled Loyalty after a check valve failed and then again when the gas company determined my water heater was improperly vented. Eventually we had to replace the water heater with a properly vented one. Their quality of workmanship, the dedication to resolving the issue, and the commitment to completing the job were above and beyond my expectations. I could not have been more satisfied. I have since requested Loyalty to install a Hague water softening system with filter and reverse osmosis filter for drinking water. Again, the product and quality of workmanship for installation was outstanding. Our water tastes great, ice cubes are crystal clear and the soft water is fantastic. Marlon, Jared, and Nick are professionals in every way. What I like best is that they give me confidence that things are done right with the best appliances for my need. I just renewed my club membership for another year knowing that all my plumbing needs will be attended promptly and correctly.

They were courteous, respectful of property & explained what they found, what their proposed solutions would do to eliminate the problem with a cost spread sheet. It was a detailed list & cost of parts as well as a labor breakdown with hours & projected costs. I found they answered all my questions as we reviewed this together.

I called Loyalty Plumbing late at night (around 9–10 PM) and the woman who answered was upbeat, helpful, and reassuring. That made a stressful situation feel much easier to handle.

Trey, the technician who came out, was genuine, personable, and took the time to educate me while thoroughly diagnosing the issue. I never felt pressured or upsold.

These guys were great!! Personable, attentive to work area, quality of service, and knowledgeable staff. They first came out to clear my drain only to have Hydro Jet clean the sewer line. When that failed due to tree root invasion they worked with my insurance company to quickly get the approval to replace the infested pipe. They were very intuitive about how much concrete would have to be cut and dirt dug up to keep the mess to a minimum. Even after we found out I had three feet of concrete to be broken up and another foot of dirt. They found a way to tunnel under some concrete instead of having to break up more to replace the tree root invaded portion. After two days of digging, they replaced the bad pipe and made sure of no leaks before filling the hole. The concrete was supposed to be a rough pour patch but they took the time to make even a rough pour look very nice. Professionals from start to finish.

Mike C from City Wide Plumbing came over when we found water coming out from the ground in the front of the house. His expertise and professionalism made a headache into an excellent experience. He and his crew had the job done a few hours earlier than expected and it doesn't even look like they dug a trench. The ground was put back and doesn't even look like it was touched. I highly recommend City Wide Plumbing for all your Plumbing needs.

Danny, George and the rest of the crew that installed our main water line were amazing. Since I scheduled the service Danny was very attentive with explaining the process, providing me bids for repairs or to install a new main water line. Danny was available 24/7 for my calls and questions and he is helped us with a kind attitude. The job was done on time and they hustled all day to finish the job in less than the time frame they had estimated but they worked 12 hrs under the sun. I would highly recommend Danny and his crew with City Wide Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Stilll waiting for the hot water heater. My HomeServe pays $1500. That what it should be as I pay monthly. I was told when signing up there would be no outta pocket $. I am a disabled senior on fixed income no hot water been well before Thanksgiving, HomeServe need to send one out local to avoid travel cost,$399/,40 gal. Hot Water heater job shouldn't cost no $2000.
