On Wed. 8/21/24 @ 10:50 AM, Resolution Plumbing Owner & Tech, Alex Renteria came with his Flex Shaft machine to descale & clean the sewer line that starts from our master bathroom toilet drain up to almost 30 ft. beyond to the next bathroom that is closer to the street. He used his sewer line camera to show me on a screen how the sewer line has been cleaned off all the black scaling it had before. Thank God that our sewer line problem (that caused our master bathroom toilet not to flush well, then not flush at all) was not as serious due to possibly part of our sewer pipe sagging down & creating what they call a "belly" as another plumber said. Next, Alex quickly & efficiently assembled & installed the new higher & more water-saving toilet we bought way back in June, then wipe off the toilet floor with the Chlorox disinfecting wipes I handed to him. Alex was also nice enough to take our old toilet to dispose! He was all done in 40 minutes! Thanks a lot Alex & Liz for your great, prompt, honest, & kind plumbing services! I've already recommended you to my daughter who owns a house in the Providence neighborhood and has lots of friends who are homeowners. Working with Resolution made a difficult repair as easy as possible. They were prompt to respond, honest and did exactly what they said they would. Loved that we had the same person (Adrian) through the whole process. They even send a text with a photo prior to coming out so you know who to expect. I would recommend them highly.

Alex has tackled several significant projects for me, including a complete kitchen remodel, which involved digging a trench and installing plumbing to support an island. He's also replaced bathroom sinks, installed reverse osmosis systems, and replaced my hot water heaters. There is truly no plumbing challenge that Alex and his team cannot handle! A special thank you to Jackie, who always answers the phone with such professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. She makes sure to get you scheduled in a timely manner too.

He is extraordinarily reliable, always arriving on time for scheduled appointments. I have never had to worry about him being unreliable or doing a job inadequately; his work is flawless the first time around. Without hesitation, I would recommend Alex for any plumbing needs.

Thank God, we called them. They showed up within any reasonable amount of time so we did not have any downtime. Any owner showed up himself to do two repairs he had it done in less than an hour Alex and Jackie who responds to the calls are an awesome team. I would give them 10 stars if that was available they are reasonable, polite, and professional. What a great team.

We have used Loyalty twice now, we are new to the LV area and both times they have provided excellent service. Brian was the tech that came out today and he was professional, fast, and the price was fair. I had him install a reverse osmosis system and he had it done swiftly. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income, what started as a $600 repair, turned into a $39,000 unfinished hire. I fell into a hole due to plumber leaving cover off, I can't rent my house due to open trench and hole in bathroom floor, I need help, I gave them $20,000 in efforts to get work completed, they took money, put some dirt in trench and is refusing to finish work until the balance is paid, they replaced sewer from house to curb and replaced half house with pex pipe...I will have to contact the nevada contractors board and BBB for help, my sons are military veterans, this company is veteran owned which is why I hired them, please help anyone, I just want my house back together and for them to do what they agreed to do...

Luis and his partner replaced outside water supply see picture. Severely leaking in multiple spots. Also rebuilt 3 toilets and replaced water shut off under kitchen sink. Reasonable price and water leaks seem to finally been repaired. They we very nice, respectful of my home and cleaned up everything when done. All in all I was pleased with their service and would recommend.

Marlon has to be the most gifted plumber I have ever met. Loyalty Plumbing should delight in having Marlon as a talented member of their superior plumbing team. Marlon arrived on time, he was polite, neat, and detailed in explaining the entire process when replacing my garbage disposal. He also flushed my hot water heater, efficiently labeled all items he repaired, and gave me confidence knowing that there are still honest plumbers working for an authentic company. Justin was able to come in and remove my water softener quickly and clean. He was able to take it away so I didn’t have to worry about putting it out for bulk. Great service.

Luis arrived on time, had great communication, and was professional and respectful. He told me exactly what the issue was with my drain, including showing me with the drain camera, what he was doing to fix it, and what I’d need to do in the future. He also gave me some options for installing an outdoor hose.
The gal that I spoke with in the office was really nice, too.

Jason did great with our garbage disposal replacement and the leak under our sink. He was informative about all the fixes he made and why they were needed. He was very efficient and friendly as well. The job was done in under 2 hours. We will definitely request him the next time we need a plumber!
