I had a persistent leaky shower that was causing quite a headache, but fortunately, I found Resolution Plumbing and they sent Gio to the rescue. From the start, the experience was excellent. The scheduling process was smooth and efficient, and Gio arrived right on time, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor.

Gio quickly assessed the issue and explained the problem to me in a clear and understandable manner. He was highly skilled and experienced, which was evident in the way he efficiently fixed the leak without any hassle. Great honest professional company. Great customer service. I originally had Roto-Rooter come out for a toilet. I was having issues with they charged me over $400 to “pull the toilet.” To ultimately tell me, I had to replace it and it was only three years old. The fix would be over $700 in addition to the $400 I already paid. I opted to get a second opinion through Resolution Plumbing they probably came out day , Identify the problem, order the parts and had it fixed the following Monday For under $200 total. Highly recommend them!

Adrian has been a phenomenal plumber assisting with the plumbing and fixture installation for our bathroom remodel. He has been consistently timely, professional, and thorough, not to mention performing his work with aplomb. We could not recommend him or the resolution team more highly. They have been fantastic to work with from initial consultation through final installation.

I wanted a review for a hot water heater and hoses to washing machine. They showed up on time called with a review of items needed and let me know that it was not an urgent problem, but The hot water heater was from 2013. Eventually, I will have them do the work And replace the hot water heater with a new one. I would call this trustworthy company! The office was responsive to all my concerns, and their technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely always call them.

I needed a new kitchen sink installed so I called this company based on their stars. I was contacted immediately after sending in a request. They were willing to come out that same day to give me an estimate, but the following day was better. The plumber, Adrian, was on time. He explained the entire process, took photos to better show me some issues that should be addressed (which I was already actually aware of) and quoted a price. The quote came in cheaper than what I had anticipated so I agreed to the work which he was able to get started on. He completed it earlier than the time he estimated it would take. He did a thorough clean up when he was done. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have only positive things to say about this company ... I called to schedule a non-emergency but needed repair. The main shut off valve to my house needed replacing and I had a leaking hose bib replaced.

They answered their phone, came out to provide a free estimate of the repair needed *as scheduled*. They also told me they may need to break the concrete to complete the repair and if that was required, there would be an additional cost. Told me the odds of that happening and emailed the two quotes in a *timely manner*. Once I accepted the quote, they arrived, *on time* as *originally scheduled* and completed the repair quicker than we all expected. I am on shared well and the water had to be shut off for all houses so planning ahead and timeliness were huge!

I called several plumbing companies all taken from yelp reviews (seriously, at least five other companies). Those companies either didn't answer and then didn't call back after I left a message or they wanted a hefty fee to come out just to provide an estimate. I prefer not to do that as it discourages homeowner's that want to receive multiple estimates for large-ish repairs. I did receive another quote that was less than this quote but the plumber was extremely flaky. I don't want to work with a slow response company ever, but especially in this scenario since it affected all of my neighbors.

I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family that need a plumber and I would definitely use them again. I wish I would have found them earlier as I had a lot of leaks to repair ...

I used Resolution Plumbing to install my whole home water filtration system about 2 years ago and they did an amazing job. Well it’s been almost 2 years and I can say they stand behind their work. One pipe was 2 inches short of being able to properly replace the uv bulb and they came out made the correct adjustments without a problem

I appreciate the prompt response I got when i called Resolution Plumbing. I had placed a service request with my homeowners repair company to replace my water pressure regulator. The service man showed up, took a pressure measurement, a couple f pictures of regulator, said he needed to confer with his office and left He was here less than 15 minutes and left Feeling unsatisfied, I placed a call to Resolution Plumbing. I explained my situation to the rep, she scheduled to have a technician come out the same day. The tech Gio showed up as promised, ran his test and confirmed that the regulator did need to be replaced. He indicated that he just needed to go pick up the part and would return shortly True to his word he returned, and replaced the regulator in a very short amount of time. He was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything to my satisfaction. He was great. I'm glad I made the call.

If we could give these guys 10 stars, we would. Adrian has helped us with a few issues we've had since purchasing our home, and is always extremely knowledgable, respectful, and does fantastic work. We just had them replace our water softener and they beat another quote we had by about $1,000 and did great work, helped us get the warranty set up, and educated us on how to use the new one. We also had a few angle stops replaced and they again beat another quote by about $100 per valve and even showed us how to do the repair and went as far as recommending tools if we ever need to replace more. Last year we had a leak that other plumbers had told us was coming from a shower, and Adrian was able to find out the actual source of the leak was coming from the laundry room. This leak was misdiagnosed all the way back to our home inspection.. we were VERY impressed! You can really tell these guys care about their customers and do great business, and even better plumbing work.

Alex was great! We had a lot of work done to include installing a water softener which required welding and running the lines through our attic. He is highly professional and his work was excellent.

Adrian and his team were professional and did a great job. He even came out of his way to meet with my Abatement team a few times to ensure that everyone was on the same page. He answered all my questions and I believe he went above and beyond to provide a good service. The office staff is also amazing. They do a great job of letting you know about your appointments and are there to answer any questions you may have. Overall the experience went well. Dealing with major plumbing issues can be quite stressful but I know I picked a reliable team to help find a solution.

They were wonderful! Alex was AMAZING. He was very honorable, helpful and truthful. Our last plumber wanted to rip off our entire shower to fix a piping. We went to Resolution for a second opinion on the leak to see if they can find it. Alex was so nice and it was just a running toilet he fixed in minutes. He didn’t see our meter going off any more and it seems to have fixed the problem. They were so great. Thank you Alex!

Great experience. Plumbing connection in attic was badly corroded to the point of near failure. I also had an issue with a hose bib outside of my home. To get ahead of these problems I called Resolution Plumbing. Alex came out right away, provided me with a free estimate, I accepted it and he did the work at a reasonable price with no upselling nor any high pressure “scare tactics” that this or that also needs to be taken care of or the world will end. I’ll no doubt use Resolution again in the future.

We were stressed about an unknown leak coming from the attic and my mom recommended resolution plumbing.

We called them and spoke with Elizabeth, the owner. She was extremely helpful and took good care of us over the phone.

She had a team available come out and help us quickly fix our leak. Her husband, Alex, the owner as well, arrived and was very professional and friendly. He fixed our pipe quickly and then explained the issue. The whole process was simple and a pleasant experience.

And I'm thankful they were very affordable. They gave us a military veteran discount as well 👌 would call them again for any plumbing issues!

I was referred to Resolution Plumbing from the manufacturer of my tankless water heater, Carlos came out and did exactly what needed to be done and found the problem even with all the roadblocks that were put up in front of him. Highly recommend him and his company for their services.

Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas.
This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well.

The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service.

Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this.
I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

Daniel did a great job of bringing in my water heater and hooking it up with new lines and a tray. He is very good at his job and he is very personable. On time and great prices. Will hire again.

Adrian is a great journeyman, the city inspector even commented on how good the work was at our inspection. We replaced all our copper pipes by rerouting them in the ceiling due to a leak in our slab. This was a big job and we wanted the best so we wouldn’t be dealing with issues down the road. Adrian was very easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommend.

Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.
