I highly recommend this company! The entire process from scheduling to service was quick, easy, and painless. They have done an amazing job with my plumbing. Detected and fixed a concealed underground leak in my house. Very quick to respond and assess the situation. Accurate assessment and estimate. Very experienced, they know what they're doing. Great service. Reasonable pricing. They came and got the job done and explained things and being very patient with me exceeded my expectations. Great company if you are in the Vegas area. Kingdom plumbing was great. Our old water heater started leaning the night of Christmas and by the next morning, they were here and replaced it with a new one within just a few hours. Additional, their prices are very good. I would recommend this company 100%.

Highly recommend!! This is my second time needing assistance with water heater issues and both times I have been treated to well. Michael came out to service/change out our water heater and was beyond helpful. He explained everything, was honest about pricing and what he felt was UNNECESSARY given our family’s needs. What a breath of fresh air. To have a company that values its customers and isn’t here for the upsales. Michael was timely, very polite, and easy to understand for a girl that has no clue about water heaters. Needless to say, I hope I don’t need a plumber soon, but if/when I do Kingdom Plumbing will always have my business.

Sergio and Carlos came out to check the RO system and verified it would need to be replaced or removed, my choice. I chose to replace and they returned the next day to remove the old system and install a new one. They arrived right on time and the new system was installed in about an hour. The installation was smooth and there was no mess. I appreciate how they were diligent and focused on the task at hand. Both were polite and considerate, plus they were very nice to my dogs that wanted to help. Another great job from Kingdom. Thank you.

I have used Kingdom Plumbing for years. Great company with wonderful employees. Sergio and Porter have been so good to work with. Very professional and never leave any mess behind! I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Brett did an incredible job working on my very old irrigation system. The system is a challenge and he did not stop until he located and repaired all the leaks. He kept me informed along the way and explained what was happening. I have used Kingdom Plumbing several times and Jason and his staff are always prompt and efficient! Definitely recommend.

Kingdom Plumbing is easily the best plumbing company I’ve found in my 9 years living here in Vegas. Far and away the best prices, and Javier was great to work with, as well as the rest of the team. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the job quicker than expected, and didn’t charge for the time they saved. I have used them twice now (for two different issues) and they never fail to be amazing! They have definitely earned a lifelong customer!

Had Kingdom Plumbing over to do a flush of our tankless water heater. Sergio was the person doing the work. Sergio was very professional and did a great job. He also answered any questions I had. One big thing is that Jason made sure the workspace he needed was put back in order after the job was completed. Oh, and the cost was very reasonable. I will only deal with Kingdom Plumbing for my plumbing needs. Don't hesitate to call them for your next job. You will not be disappointed.

After 10+ years, my water heater finally collapsed. I got in touch with four plumbing companies near me in North Las Vegas and we went with Kingdom Plumbing because I had a good feeling about them from the start. Although their quote was fair and they made a considerate accommodation on my behalf, which I appreciate. We are so happy I went with them because the work was superb! I would like to thank specifically Jason, and the Customer Service manager, who supervised the job and dropped by my place to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did, and especially, the plumbers who did the actual work. They even gave me tips to help prolong the life of my water tank. I will use Kingdom Plumbing for my all of my needs from now on, particularly the gas lines that I should have done a year ago! My old water heater finally gave out, but the water heater replacement process was smooth and stress-free. Great customer service and quality work!

Sergio came by to check on to check a problem with low water pressure going to the refrigerator. He found the problem and explain the issue in a manner that was easy to understand and gave us a few options on how to fix the issue. After deliberating our option, we opted to replace our osmosis filter system that was old and was from the previous owner’s when we bought the house. Sergio came back that day and did the remove and install within an hour or so.

We had a great experience with Kingdom Plumbing. We have two showers that needed new valves and Adam did a great job on both despite running into issues with the existing valves that made the job more difficult! He also replaced a toilet for us. The final price was as originally quoted and his estimate of how long it would take was right on as well. We appreciated his willingness and ability to answer any questions that we had.

My husband and I received a letter from the water company, indicating a potential leak on our property. After making some inquiries and Kingdom plumbing being highly recommended, I called them and from the initial phone call, to the finality of the repair, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. A diagnostic appointment was set quickly, leak was found quickly, and the repair work done and completed within a few days of the initial call. My husband and I were stressed about the situation, plumbing issues, especially potential mainline leaks are stressful, but Kingdom plumbing went above and beyond to remedy the situation in a quick, thorough, and fair priced manner. Everyone one we spoke or interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all questions thoroughly and with assurance. Javier (lead tech) I need to mention him specifically, answered every single question thoroughly, walked us through the process of exactly how the repair work would proceed, and kept us informed with the timeline and when the job would be completed. What a wonderful asset and representative of Kingdom plumbing! The work was done in a timely manner, our landscaping had to be dug up, but after the repair work done, was returned to it's original state. The price for the repair work was more than fair and less than my husband and I anticipated. I just cannot say enough good things about this company. We will absolutely be using them again, when plumbing issues arise. Thank you so, so much for taking a stressful situation off our hands, being a company with integrity, fairness, quick response, kindness, and great work ethic. We are resting easy knowing the problem was rectified and no longer a concern.

I was quoted over $3,200, $5,000, and $9,000 for a new water heater. I was quoted three options and the rep kept pushing me towards the third option, which was the $9,000 option. $9,000 for a water heater and a few additional, less important materials. There was nothing wild about this job. Just remove the water heater and hook up the new one. I have the quotes if anyone wants to reference them....

Insane.

The rep offered a discount on the most expensive option and kept trying to "overcome objections" with me on the most expensive option.

They also refused to itemize their pricing which is a HUGE red flag.

Be wary of any plumbing company that won't itemize their pricing. They are padding margin on labor and materials - to your detriment.

When I questioned the business model and tactics, he just said, "I'm a man of god and have never taken a sales course". . .

Right. I'll take "'Things I Never Wanted to Hear On a Phone Call' for $1,000, Alex".

They also try to opt you into the "Royal Treatment Membership" whether you want to join or not. Classic upsell tactic to overcharge you.

I'm getting the work done from another provider for $1,975, all-in.

I have been using Kingdom Plumbing for our school for several years. They have been very accommodating to working on our problem around when kids are in school and not in school. When they arrive they are quick to get the job done and they do a great job. Recently I had a job pop up that I needed a sink removed, caped off and a drain and water run to a different location. It was a rush job. I called and Janetta sent Nick right over and took care of the job in short order. Jason is great to help out with any consulting of our projects as well. So many times we have needed something and he is always willing to stop by the school and figure things out for us. I highly recommend Kingdom Plumbing for all commercial and residential plumbing needs.

I called Kingdom Plumbing at at 2pm and they sent out Sergio and Hunter who arrived at 2:40pm had a problem with drainage out on my dishwasher. They explained what the problem was and gave me the price.They checked it out and had it fixed by 3:15. I was impressed by their work and attitude. I will be using them again since I enrolled in their yearly program.

I was VERY impressed with Kingdom Plumbing! I've used a few plumbers in the valley over the last decade, but after this experience I'll use only these guys. Their pricing was fair (not cheap, but fair), but what really sold me was their attitude and integrity (they felt honest and trustworthy). Their work was great, their communications were outstanding and easy, everyone I spoke with from the phone receptionists to Brett (our assigned plumber) was very friendly and courteous, they were on time and thorough -- overall, an amazing experience! I've already recommended them to a friend, and they absolutely have my future business. Thanks Brett, and thanks Kingdom Plumbing!

Kingdom Plumbing has been an amazing company. Today, Michael Steele came by and did a wonderful job in repairing an old faucet and garbage disposal. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in making sure we were well-informed of all of our options before we committed to getting the repair. He easily went ahead and helped fix a sink issue also, and for that I really have to give him and his team kudos for a job well done. As always, I continue to remain a grateful and satisfied customer at Kingdom Plumbing, and am so happy to have met Michael. He is a great ambassador for the company that I have trusted for over half a decade now for any leak or issue. Good job!

Kingdom Plumbing remains the best plumbing service in Las Vegas. I had another plumbing issue that needed to be corrected and Javier was on the scene immediately. Javier immediately assessed an issue I had with my water pressure, and went above and beyond to help me replace it without fail. Not only that, but Javier was able to replace a faulty faucet, remove an ancient, cracked water filtration system that would have probably flooded my house, -and- replaced my garbage disposal in one sitting. I am so blown away at how professional, calm, patient, and knowledgable him and his team are. I stand by my review I posted way back in February, and if I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I WOULD without fail. Every single person I know who needs a plumber will definitely be referred to Kingdom Plumbing. They officially have become my official lifeline for anything plumbing related!

I absolutely had the BEST experience possible with Kingdom Plumbing. When arriving home, I noticed that my sink and wall started sounding like a ghost was using a washing machine through the wall.

After looking up plumbers locally, I found Kingdom Plumbing by chance and gave them a call. Jason immediately called me back and sent a gentleman by the name of Javier to take a look at my issue. Not only were Javier and Jason professional, but they were extremely patient, kind, and sincere about diagnosing the problem.

Turns out, it was a Water Heater that had built up too much sediment, and an old and terminal Water Softener that actually had been set to "Bypass" probably due to it not working correctly. Javier, Porter, and a gentleman (Jacob) worked hard, fast, and quickly in getting everything delivered, fixed and installed.

I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and close associates, because the professionalism and customer service they displayed were top-flight. A+ service, and I will definitely be doing business with these gentleman again!

I would rate Plumbing Kingdom with five stars. They fixed my blocked toilet last week, and I was really happy with the service they gave me. The plumber was qualified for the work and highly professional. I will get in touch with this business and ask them to handle any future plumbing problems I may have. I am grateful.

Best plumbing company ever!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Kingdom Plumbing, and I must say that their service exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From start to finish, their team displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Mike was my tech and he did an amazing job inspecting the house plumbing and replacing my leaking rusty garbage disposal. He showed up on time (with shoe coverings). He was courteous and knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. He even flushed sediment out of the water heater (part of loyalty membership if heater < 3 years old - highly recommend joining for the added savings and benefits). Jeanetta in the office was quite nice and helpful in explaining their services. Most importantly, there were no hidden fees or surprises, which made budgeting for the plumbing work straightforward and hassle-free. Again, I would not hesitate to reach out to Kingdom Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs, and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy plumbing assistance.

Excellent service. Porter and Sergio were able to diagnose our plumbing problem quickly and gave us a couple of options to solve it. We picked the option, they sourced the parts and installed new hardware within a couple of hours. Will definitely call them next time we need a plumber.
